I just phoned HR, the lady said I have to write in and she can have a look into it, She cant take a complaint over the phone.

I emailed CDG and they have just phoned me and said I shouldn't contact HR just yet I should have a meeting with CDG, which I have arranged for Thursday.

Dont want to go into work tomorrow but CDG said I should go and carry on as normall until I've had the meeting :(

Sarah do you have a recording facility on your mobile. Perhaps you could discreetly record her and then when you are called in to HR you will have proof of the way you have been treated.
Have you spoken to your provider again recently.

My husband says if you can get hold of a Technika mp3 they record very clearly. Its available in 2 gigs or 4.
And while you are at it you would do well do covertly record your meeting with your provider and any subsequent dealings with your provider as well.

    Thank you,
I dont want to take a recorder with me incase it drops and she sees it, and makes it out it's illegal or something.
I did want to record her today on my mobile but was scared incase she found out.

Not sure whats going to happen tomorrow. Thursday I'll be meeting with someone from CDG and I hope they will put a case forward for me with HR.
I do have 2 witnesses at work one girl who has left and one girl who is stil there they both said they would back me up if I wanted to make a complaint.
