    These are gorgeous and I have tried lots of different jams with this recipe. Its usually saved for using up jam that has set just a little too firm ;)

  • rubarb crumble icecream,
    either make icecream from scratch or buy some. then for the rubarb crumble bit, make some crumble mix (twice flour to butter and sugar, baked off in oven so cooked), and mix the cooked cooled crumble, and the jam, through the icecream, or spoon it over to serve... yum.

    You could try melting the jam and use as a sauce over ice cream/yoghourt/puds? Use as a filling for sandwich cakes?

  • How about jam tarts? I tend to use up a good half jar in a large tart :)
  • Is selling it out of the question?

    Hi rhosynbach,

    I would happily use it as gifts as preserves rarely deteriorate, but often improve with time. This thread has lots of good ideas that may help:

    using left over jam

    I'll add your thread to that one once you've had more suggestions.
