Don't laugh but it's suprisingly good as a cheese and jam sandwich, use it like a pickle.
My kids wouldn't eat cheese butties when they were little, I worked with a scandinavian lass at the time and she used to bring cheese and jam butties to work so I tried one, really good.0 -

Due to the generosity of my family I now have 5 jars of jam in varying flavours (raspberry, redcurrant and damson I think)
I live with OH and both of us like jam but we don't really eat it on bread or toast
What can I make with it! I through to make a victoria sponge but I usually make small cakes or biscuits so they can go in packed lunches. We don't eat many puddings so I might get away with the odd steamed sponge or roly poly but certainly not 5 jars worth! Baking ideas would suit better.

drop a blob of jam onto muffins before putting them in the oven and you get a lovely jammy centre, makes plain muffin mix more interestingLiving cheap in central London :rotfl:0

I'm sure a dollop would go all right in porridge.
Home made scones or anything that keeps for guests.
A dollop in rice pudding might go well.
I was thinking maybe adding a bit to greek style yoghurt or home made yoghurt. It might be a bit sweet.

I'd go with the porridge option. I often use jam, or honey instead of sugar.0

Make a crumble recipe (i.e. as in apple crumble). Add the appropriate amount of jam once the crumble has cooled.0
