I note that you don't use the same expletives or insults to the family of forum members on here as you did on CC - any reason for that? ;)

    Dealers rules Pimperni1.

You're right of course, good old CC was certainly extraordinarily permissive.

    Yet here you are. :D

And the younger generation continues to be shafted for another month. I wonder how this country will get by when everyone of normal means under 30 realizes that all they have to look forward to is a lifetime of 6 month ASTs, mdf kitchens, and rent that goes up more than their salary every year, paid to some fat gloating baby boomer who's pension they are also contributing to.

And has been very successful because of it (let's see HPC had 4.3k views on the Halifax figures today, here nearly 700 and CC nearly 200).

I imagine there will be riots in the streets, anarchy shall reign over this nation until the younger generation get their chance. I'm expecting a couple of students to set themselves on fire near the Houses of Parliament any day now in an attempt to highlight the awful situation that the young find themselves in...or perhaps they'll just start a Facebook campaign.

Look out world, you won't know what's hit you when the house-price-Facebook campaign gets going! Ha, the young won't do anything except pay increased rent and cry in front of their computer monitor all evening.

You might be surprised what they'll do. Young people have given people like you a nasty wake up call more than a few times in human history.

Discredited Mods, discredited posters, discredited site. ;) Now this is more like it, there won't be Mods deleting posts, moving them to unvisited locations, changing your wording but leaving no trace. Know what I mean? :)

Is it OK if the person they are paying the rent to is not a baby boomer which is just as likely if not more so.
