This is good news.
Prices will hit the 16% rise predicted by the Express.
HPC are mortified. Not only is their dream over. They are getting totally hammered into the ground.
Nope.
Looking at land reg and Nationwide, Its 2:1 to the bears for this months edition of number-whang simpley.
But its good that you cheer for your team when they're losing.0 -

Naturally. I believe the post 2007 consensus was that anything less than 70% nominal falls was a win for the bulls.
Nah I think it was anything more than 30%-35% nominal was pretty unlikely.
50%+ nominal fall was a Hobnob short of a biscuit barrel.
70%+ falls were a nut short of a squirrels larder.0 -
The forum seems to be looking on nonplussed.

BTW talking of winners and losers..
- when could you have first purchased a house but chose not to?
- how much rent have you paid in the meantime?
- how has the price of your target house changed in that time?0 -

Oh,oh. Geneer's not gonna like that.

I doubt he'll even see it - he's always in such a rush to come and go. I think he only has a limited window of opportunity to use the internet - maybe other patients are in the queue.
Anyway he's got a winning strategy so I can't see why he'd be shy about sharing.0 -

Well keep on posting things like this if you like but you should be aware that the consequences will be you being depicted in an unflattering cartoon where only the true amount of how much house prices have risen in Edinburgh will be have been changed to protect the innocent.0
