Yes, the town hall homeless unit will house you and your children. They will not take your children away because you have left a violent relationship. They will not tell your ex where you are.

Right, a different number for you as you are in Tameside. Social Services have a duty of care as you have young children, so ring them on 0161 342 8355. If it is after hours, the emergency number is 0161 342 2222.

You could also contact your advisor as mentioned in your OP - they helped you to get a private let, so presumably they also helped you organise how to pay a deposit. If that is the case, it is likely to be someone from the council, DWP or Social Services. can they help with your current situation?

Tameside council offices are in Wellington Road, which looks as though it is town centre on google maps - you said that you only know the town centre, so you should be able to find it. The phone numbers are in above post.

yes i no were social services are i went in and they send us a couple of food parcles i might walk don there again see if they will do it againand no i dont have a paypal bank just a normal bank
