If your 2 month old baby has nothing to drink, she/he will become very dehydrated and distressed very quicky. You can't take the risk. At least if the baby's in the hospital they are jointly responsible for the baby's welfare.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

i have sat and thought about it and i have made a decision maybe a stupid one but i cant just sit here and watch my kids go through this and i cant cope any longer being in this position and dont see an end to it i feel like just breaking down its all got to much now.
i am going to go back to him and try to save up and do this properly i probley expected to much and thought evereything would be ok but my mistake least i no what to expect ready for next time.
i am going to wait till one of the neighbours here finish work and ask to use their phone and tell him were we are.
i know its probley a stupid idea but its the only way to make sure i can feed my kids tonight, i cant just sit back and watch them go hungry again and cant cope with all this as well as fighting to feed them daily
i will try and come on here once back and least i can get more advice before i leave again and plan it out not just run
thank you so much to everyone that has offered advice ect on this such good people out there x0 -
Have you contacted women's aid at all. You must be willing to move a great distance to find a refuge (A friend from Brum ended up in Cornwall)

Do you seriously think if you go back to a violent partner that you are going to get the opportunity to escape again,or have aces to any finances that will allow you to do so?
Your children will grow up scared for you and for themselves.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
please don't go back to him. you are almost there. call Women's Aid - let them see what they can do. And please keep in touch with us. Take great care of yourself, many people here care what happens to you. xxx0

I understand that you, very wisely, don't want to give out your address but another poster had offered to meet you in a public place with food to help you through the next few days, why won't you accept that offer?
If you go back, you may never have the strength to make the break again, I'm speaking from experience; I hope all turns out well for you but it won't if you go back and you're putting your children at risk, its more than likely that the violence will be worse than before... don't throw the string away. You always need string!

sweetheart, you ARE coping. Please, get yourself to a hopsital and ask for help for the baby - that's the most important thing now. They will help you there, I'm sure. Go to A & E and explain what has been happening. You CAN do this!0

Please try and get to a refuge and not your ex, I imagine things would only get even worse if you went back. Do you have any neighbours who you could ask? If any of my neighbours, no matter if I didn't know them knocked on my door with their kids starving I would help them though I know that is hard to ask.Spreading a little Christmas joy all year round :santa2:0
