They are on a card but one of the older ones that does not fit into new laptops. Also they are .dss files so not sure if they would play without the dss player software.

No signal on screen at all.

Thanks - I have called them and their only suggestion was to give them £119 for new software.

Have you got the original software to install on the vista or windows 7 PC

The player software is here, Dssl211E.exe

I have the original Olympus spftware that came with the products but this is incompatible with Vista and 7.

Card readers are cheap. Expect under £5. What storage card is it? DSS player for Windows 7 is here

If it installs on either of the other PC's then right click the icon, click properties, click compatibility
