  • Roxylox, when I emailed them I quoted this thread (with a link to it) and that seemed to make a difference. I did manage to get through on the phone too, although the chap I spoke to was a bit vague. Really hope you get things sorted with them x
  • I too have been stung by nice cans - falsely advertising the product and then sending me the wrong version. No response to online forms for a returns number and refund. I wish I'd seen this thread before ordering.

  • Update - after sending a letter by recorded delivery, I received an e-mail from Michael apologising for the delay and telling me the item would be despatched. It arrived today in one piece and in good condition.

    Very relieved - but obviously frustrated it took all this energy to get there!

  • I wonder if nicecans are monitoring this thread and treating any customers who post on here with a better level of customer care than standard.

  • Rather foolishly I ordered from Nicecans.co.uk without checking what people had written about them. Guess what....i got scammed also. Shock. I tried phoning but only got answering machines, emailing with no replies. Then when i tried to log onto my account with them i found that they had deleted it!:huh:
    Thankfully i paid using my barclaycard. They were really helpful and said i should get back the full amount when the dispute is settled.

    I can't believe this company is still up and trading and still taking peoples money?!?

  • Looks like I've been done too. Usual story of order, emails, phone calls, .....no response.

    Nicecans is a joke avoid like the plague!!!!

  • I'd just like to balance this up. I ordered a set oif iHome speakers from nicecans on Tuesday and they arrived within 2 days. They are perfect speakers and the service has been as good as any other site I have used.

    Oh and no I do not work for this company. I saw this site after searching for their phone number and after received good servie I thought it only fair I write something.
  • Can someone advise me how i can get my money back they arent answering my calls or replying to my emails. I paid by debit card and paid for the express delivery but nothing. I would advise anyone to avoid these I wish I had done some hmework on the company (said loosley) first :(
  • Wow - looks like I was very lucky to get my order through, even after emails and phone calls! kaykay, have you quoted this thread or put a link to it in your correspondence with them? I do think that might have helped get my order through.
