Hello everyone.
NSD for me today.
Feeling a bit better but not great.
Do hope I can have my swim tomorrow - really missed it!Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.

thanks for the heads up about the lidl offers..
I allways use Lurpak..( sorry just cant buy anything else cheaper) It is on offer in lidl's so will stock up and freeze.
A few weeks ago the big 1kg ones were only £3. but could only buy 2 at the time..
I am going to try and have a go at a spreadsheet:eek: I have had some sent to me in the past, but they just confused me:rotfl:
I know its cheeky, but have anyone set up a new spreadsheet for 2012, but i might be able to have a copy of please:beer:
I have allways been a book and a pencil sort of gal... ( or a back of a used envelope:D)
I have been really good this week, hardly spent anything... just bought bread, milk, reduced priced cream, reduced cooked chickens (2) from the deli counter, and reduced 3 batons of garlic bread..
so will strip one of the cooked chickens, and we will have either chicken curry or sweet n sour with rice and garlic bread for tea/supper tonight..
watched the good life last ninght the christmas one...:rotfl: I love that programme......doesnt seem dated at all....Work to live= not live to work0 -

However, I'm guessing it's probably mine that left you confuddled
If you know what you want to get out of a spreadsheet / what level you want to record things at / how you want to break up your records in terms of which categories you want detailed (or not) I'd be more than happy to knock something together for you - and if the first attempt isn't quite what you expected I'd be happy to tweak until it is. I used to work in IT (as a programmer), so am quite used to a piece of software bouncing backwards and forwards between the development team (me) and end user (you) a few times until it was 'just right'.
But I won't have chance to get stuck in until Monday as I have company tonight/tomorrow.Cheryl0 -

Good LuckEmma :hello:0 -
Morning to all Saturday and Sunday NSD's not going out got friends coming to night plenty in so no spending needed.
Baking today (feel sorry for OH and kids) everyone in my family can bake so figure it must be in me somewhere:D this will save some money on sweet party food as I have loads of eggs to use.
Changed a few things on Budget Sheet
Life Cover changed from £78 to £19 saving of per month £59
PPI cancelled saving of per month £63
Mobile provider only knock of £5 per month £5
Internet phone etc saving of per month £10
Change in dog food saving of per month £60
Shopping budget lowered saving of per month £60 (this would probably be the dog food so cant really count this)
TOTAL SAVING PER MONTH £197
Would like to increase saving think I may be a convert
WHAT DOESNT KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER:j
