    My cakes are always lopsided but I dont care cause I trim the top off to level and then we get to eat the cut offs. result!

    Thats what im going for. Round cookie cutter. Slightly smaller one to make the inner circle and then straws for the holes

    this is my first attempt at 'a biggy' , its for my Dads birthday today. they are supposed to be mini golf balls around the outside and there are some mushrooms around the outside as he loves to explore mushrooms! Claire x

    whats the better butter to use for buttercream, as ive used stork in the past and it seems to stay yellow tinge?.

    I use lurpack for mine, more expensive but tastes nicer i think:)
