Hi
I am organising a bake sale at work to raise funds for Movember.
I want to do cupcakes with moustache decorations and cookies in the shape of moustaches. So I am really looking for something like chocolate moustaches / moustache cookie cutters (or any ideas on how to achieve moustache related decoration!
Any ideas on where I can get these items or any advice much appreciated!!0 -
Hi i asked a little while ago about this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EIRoq...layer_embedded asked if the amount of filling she used was a lot as it seemed that way to me, it isn't in English but the picture says it all not been here for a while and looked for a reply but didn't see one, if this is the correct amount i think i have been scrimping any thoughts please0

Hi littlebit - well if you've been scrimping, so have I. I think it's too much - imagine how sickly sweet that cake would be! Having said that, I've never done a 3 tier sandwich cake like that (i.e. 2 layers of fillings) and if I put too much filling (buttercream or cream) in, I find it then makes the cake so much harder (messier!) to cut and serve. (Or maybe that's because my knife's blunt?!)
