i think i may have found a recipe I'm going to just make a medera and melt the fudge and mix it in once it has cooled basing it on the mars bar cake recipes i have come across which seem to be basic sponges with chunks of mars bars in but i want this mixed into the batter with no major chunks of fudge if that makes sense.
Did anyone get a chance to watch you tube vid i put up? its not of me just one i saw about icing a cake etc still wondering about the amount of syrup and filling she used.0 -

It turned out better than I hoped and it was yummy, people asked for second helpings
I'm planning to make another for the OH and I using my new silicone heart shaped mould from Ikea;

Im in the process of making a huge standing Peppa Pig cake for my wee girls second birthday Im using the Wilton teddy bear tin but Iv cut his arms legs and ears off and glued a cupcake to his face using buttercream for her snout I covered it in sugarpaste and made arms and legs and a tail to stick into the cake later its taken me forever but it looks amazing shes going to love it no pictures yet as she hasnt got eyes or shoes as I was sure there was some black in the cupboard and there isnt! Grr! I also have 48 cupcakes to make as well, 12 caramel, 12 strawberrys and cream ( my favourite add a wee spoon of batter to the case then a tiny drop of jam and cream cheese then another spoon of mixture ontop yum yum) then 24 small plain ones for the kids who will just eat the icing anyway lol Im more excited about the party than she is! I dont post on here often but I aways read and I feel the need to brag about this cake lol Im super proud of it! Cant wait to show it off when shes finished!0

Hi I was wondering if anyone has any foolproof recipes for 'no -bake traybakes/cakes' as I have to make some for my little girls school on Monday. They really need to be foolproof as I'm not very experienced. Thanks!0
