    Thank you Nannyto9 - I think!
I serve my "cake waste" (Madeira off cuts) to my DH with custard he loves it. Gets a bit grumpy if I use them. I've taken to freezing little portions for when I've time to fiddle with cake pops:-)
Can't wait to hear how the craft fair went:)
Above the cake I grumbled about has now generated two orders !! You just can't gess others taste can you.

Aaw Shegirl that's awful to be let down with your delivery specially over the weekend. I'm hoping they'll be with you first thing and you can get cracking. I'm sorry for my moaning in earlier posts:( listening to your positivity has made me "count my bless" which are so so many. So thank you for that:) Wish I was nearer and could help and invite myself to the party. Ha.
Looking forward to the photos now tho!

Shegirl you are too kind! Apparently blue is the recipients fav colour so I did have a little artistic license at choosing the shade of blue!

If you click on the photo tho it'll take you to a few of my other cakes.Think I'm getting the hang of this now. Heaven help you all :)

I love the cakes Nanamia! You're modelling is great, especially the animals on the first birthday cake! Really good and the Angry birds one and I loved the retro toys! (my decade!)

    Hi everyone,

Loving all your amazing cakes as always. You give me lots of inspiration!

Nanamia - your cakes are fab!

Here is my first go with a 2D tip, carrot cupcakes for Mum's birthday tomorrow.

    photo-4-1.jpg

The icing was a little runny, but it was cream cheese so I'll let it off :rotfl:

I think if I'd used full fat cheese it would have turned out better, but I bought the light kind by mistake
I'm still quite pleased with them though, am getting the hang of the piping bag!

They're lovely sk00bie1. That low fat cream cheese is a nuisance, made the mistake of trying a cheesecake with it once! Nightmare!

    Oh no! What happened?

The annoying thing is I thought I was buying full fat as the recipe specified it I double checked! I got 2 packs from Lidl and as it didn't say light on the label I thought it must be full fat. Twas only when I got home and had used one pack that I noticed the second pack said 'light' Grrrr! Must pay more attention lol

Still, it tastes OK and they look nice so never mind!
