Just done it for you rdchick.
I am now back from my holiday. 3 days of no stress as the boys were so well behaved, but food was not good. Ice cream every day, and food was bad. Will jump on the scales tomorrow morning to check out the damage.
Got my new wii game through today though so will be trying that out tomorrowPAD Maker0 -

Ran this morning 5:40 Zombie Shuffle in the rain.
Was worth it though, I've lost 2lbs this week, so I'm back on track :j :j
0lb/6lb and £500.38/£500
My update doesn't look great, but I had put on 2lbs. I'll definitely be putting even more effort in next week. The combination of running, shredding and watching what I eat has really paid off. :j :j
Hope everyone else got on ok. Have a busy work day today as have slacked this week, so no mooching on the forums for me today. Have a fantastic weekend everyone. Catch up with you all next week "Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." (Montgomery, L.M.(1908). Anne of Green Gables.)

Hi all!
Well done for your losses and money saving!
My overall doesn't look great:
Start weight: 210
End July Weight: 210.9 (!)
End Aug Weight: 208.0
July 2011: -0.9/7
Aug 2011: 2.9/5.9
Weigh Ins:
05 Aug: 208.6 - Lost 2.3
12 Aug: 210.2 - Gain 1.6 (rubbish! - didn't even try though to be fair!)
19 Aug: 211.6 - Gain 1.4 (ok...getting out of control...)
26 Aug: 208.0 - Lost 3.6 (better!)
So this month my figures are:
2.9/5.9 lost and £476/£476 paid
Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend!

hey all, went to the gym for the first time in ages and was really good to be honest. Have also just done my biggest loser game as i have been at my sisters this afternoon for a bbq, where i ate way to much.
Did get brought a big dairy milk today from my ex, but gave it to my mum so i didnt have to eat it.PAD Maker0 -
I have been ultra good since my kick up the bum shocking 3 1/2lb gain on Thurday. I have been in work all night, one friend left me a cake and there have been loads of sweeties flying around.
I am proud to say I didn't give in to temptation, I have been ultra good all night even though I wanted to eat it all!:p
Right now I just want to go home to bed.DFW Nerd 1394.
