  • Hi everyone. I have gone a bit off track the last couple of days. seem to want to eat everything I see. Exercise has gone a bit by the weighside as well, although partly down to the excessive amount of hours I work.:(
Hoping to get back on track before I do any more damage.

Not a bad week for me so far, we'll see what tomorrow's weigh-in says! MIL made some lovely rice-krispie squares with DD yesterday, ate two last night, they were soooo nice, too nice. But I ran Monday Shredded Wednesday and today, and have eaten fairly sensibly all week. I've got a run scheduled for tomorrow morning. Then I'll weigh in and see what's what. My first major weight goal is to get back to my wedding weight of 10 stone 13lbs, and I'm 11 Stone 12 now.
