I was told by Trading Standards that if a company accepts an order - not the 1st acknowledgement e mail - but one that says we are accepting the price shown for the goods - they have to honour it - whatever their policy says
Also you can threaten to rep0rt them for potentially mispricing an item to gain subsidiary sales - I did this to e buyer a few months ago and they caved0 -

I can't find the food processor anywhere in the original link.
Thanks
Hi desperadoV2,
Unfortunately this offer is no longer available, so there is no direct link!
Hope you have better luck next time - we're all still waiting to see if we get ours!
Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Confirmation at 1408
1555 went "Processed"
Might be lucky, I'll keep you posted.
Just checking in and catching up.
Checked with my credit card co. They have reserved the full amount for the mixer on my card. So I'm still sitting tight.
In circumstances where they have taken funds for part orders; is this because the items that have been chaged for are in stock? The mixer is not in stock, so if they charged for it befoe getting it in stock and sending it we would be a bit peeved?Never ever pay full price for anything and question everything at least twice!0 -
Anyone ben able to contact The Cooks Kitchen? the phone just rings out and they don't respond to emails, however they are sending out adverts to e amil addresses. My position is still the same, they have charged my Credit Card for the small item plus postage, no processor, no contact, no customer service.0

Forgot to mention that the link they sent me to 'my orders' on their website won't let me in as it 'doesn't recognise me' so they have my money but apparently my order doesn't exist any more????0

Nothing here, tried calling and e-mailing, nothing other than a sales e-mail.Consider anything only don't cry!0

Have you tried getting into 'my orders' on their site?0 -
If I click through from the link in the e-mail I received when placing the order, I get details of my order but I can't login if trying on the site itself. Try to click the link in your e-mail for your order status, mine still shows as order received and processed....here's hoping they return to work next week.Consider anything only don't cry!0

When I bought the item although I did enter my email address I didn't actually set up an account with a pass word so that is probably why you cannot get in to it, I cannot either.
Anyone else heard from them? I still have the full amount taken from my CC.0 -
Nope, not heard anything more yet........just got my fingers crossed! Hopefuly if we sit tight, next week we'll get something.......
