the reviews on tripadvisor are a bit mixed but the recent ones have all been good.
the proximity to "citywalk" (the stretch of bars / clubs / restaurants @ universal), was a big pull as it means my OH can have a beer at night without worrying about having to drive back to the hotel0 -

We have stayed at this hotel. Rooms were excellent.0 -

That's exactly the reason they chose it and it worked very well because we took the car. They intended to use the hotel transport, but never did because the walk was fine. They also upgraded on arrival to a Universal park view room on the top floor. Can't remember how much extra per night ($10 rings a bell, but not certain), not much anyway and far cheaper than upgrading in advance.0 -

There will always be a debate as to what constitutes a CiMT. Basically the goalposts move as decisions are made in the US courts. What you could enter under last week changes next.
Generally, and according to CBPa conviction of a crime involving moral turpitude (CIMT) may render an individual inadmissible to the United States. A determination of whether a specific crime constitutes a CIMT can be complex. It may require review of not only the facts of conviction and the statutory definition of the criminal offense but elements of the offense. The most common types of CIMTs that would make you inadmissible are murder, manslaughter, rape, theft, bribery, forgery, aggravated battery, prostitution, and fraud.
End of the day its down to the individual to prove they can enter the US legally. Any advice is given "generally", as no-one has the full information. So generally theft is a CiMT, telephone harassment isn't - unless threats are made, mailing an obscene letter isn't, simple DUI isn't, but could fail elsewhere on ESTA, rape can and cannot be. The list is never ending and ever changing.
Also people tend to downplay there crime, so threatening to kill their ex becomes a friendly chat about past eperiences. Thats where the memorandum of conviction comes in, which shows that friendly chat as what it is.0 -

We tried several agents but virgin came out top. Drop the car w did and saved £780. If you are flexible you can save more. We have booked 3 weeks going mid March this in cludes easter for 5 adults 1 child in a villa from virgin £5800. The upgraded villa costs more but is not always that much better as you are away most of the day.
Hope you get to go. Booking out side school hols is always cheaper so try your best.:)0 -

You can now schedule your vacation on line, or by phone to Disneyworld. I made my reservations yesterday for 2013 by phone, and it was great! By phone, the Disney cast member walked me through each step. A $200 deposit is required for them to hold your reservation. Also, if any free dining offers, or better offers become available, you can call and change your reservation. I am hoping for free dining....it's the best! Enjoy!0

Just back from disney florida 1rst every visit we were unsure last year what to book as we have 3 children. We booked a family suit in All Star disney Music which is the only one in all stars that gives you a suit this has a main bedroom and in the livingroom the 2 chairs couch and pull out into beds these have been designed for disney. The room has 2 bathrooms each room has a tv.It also has a kitchennet with fridge and microwave. I also wanted to stay in disney and was on a budget. The beds in all rooms were very comfortable the the service was great. The room was clean great every day. The bonus of staying in a disney hotel you got the whole atmosphere and regular buses to the disney parks. We had a car and drove to all the universal parks. The whole holiday was everything i wanted and more it was brilliant. If you key in on the computer all star music family suits you will find the suites, We also went with Thomson which was good:j.0

Today i've opened a savings account. It is especially for a once in a lifetime holiday to Disney which i intend to book for 2013!
I know its a long long LONG way off, but when will i be able to book?? I know that once i book it i will have something to look forward to and it will make it feel more real.
The reason i've gone for 2013 is there are 5 of us going. Me, the hubby, and the 3 kids!We will be looking to stay in Disney itself so also does anyone have an idea which hotel would be best for us?? The more budget the better really. I know we would be MUCH better off staying somewhere like a villa or international drive BUT we really want to stay in Disney because we will only be going once.
Thanks to anyone in advance who can help!:D:D
