Very grown up of you Oneaday

Previous observations well and truely confirmed !!!
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Yep and I would say other words to describe you if I could.
Look for the upteenth time - do not keep responding to me on this forum and repeating your crap over and over again and your smileys as if they make your insults less audible.
I am totally and utterly fed up with you following me like some s - hole - with your absolute effing useless comments and nonsense.
I can post you another PM if you like and you can post it on here.
5 damn pages on this thread with 90+ comments - mostly filled with trying to explain to you the workings of a mobile contract.
Got it?0 -
First of all Oneaday you flatter yourself that I follow you ...I'm quite sure you find it frustrating that most of your posts have to be corrected with facts rather than your made up theories, which is what usualy happens ...and explains the 5 pages and 90+ comments.

Perhaps it would be best if you just accept the fact and admit you were wrong rather than carry on making even more of a fool of yourself on here
Enjoy the rest of your evening !It's not just about the money0 -

What facts have you corrected?
What part of a mobile contract do you understand when you keep talking rubbish on here and ignore completely T&C.
The only corrections are to your misguided comments on the way a contract works.
You keep saying pay off a mobile contract by paying for a mobile phone. It is NOT POSSIBLE.
If you do not like that conclusion tough - you keep harping about DSR when you ignore contract terms and conditions. And you do not understand what the consumer is obliged to do when canceling a contract - its in the T&C for monthly contracts if you bother to read them.
You keep saying the contract is canceled when the customer is getting bills 2 months after the contract apparently was canceled.
So misguided you tell someone to cancel their direct debit - and probably end up with debit collectors on their back.
You do not question why someone offers to pay for a mobile when apparently they have sent it back rather than trying to do what any normal person would and should do - chase it up with the delivery company if the network has no record of having received it.
You have the nerve to call me names and then tell me to enjoy my evening (which I was enjoying with some golf viewing till I ended up responding to you) - I have had enough of you and your smileys and stupidty.0 -
Probably start with your first post on the threadWhat facts have you corrected?
All of it apart from the bits you make upWhat part of a mobile contract do you understand when you keep talking rubbish on here and ignore completely T&C.
No the corrections are those to correct the wrong interperation you give are backed up by the regulations and the T&C's that GD kindly posted up for youThe only corrections are to your misguided comments on the way a contract worksYou keep saying pay off a mobile contract by paying for a mobile phone. It is NOT POSSIBLE.
As already explained by myself and other DSR's overide the T&C's and as before GD kindly posted the relevant part of the T&C's which say they will charge for the missing phone ....how many times before this sinks inAs usual you can't read properly ..do you need glasses ....I say pay for the phone if it doesn't turn up to close it down.
If you do not like that conclusion tough - you keep harping about DSR when you ignore contract terms and conditions. And you do not understand what the consumer is obliged to do when canceling a contract - its in the T&C for monthly contracts if you bother to read them.
I though it was 5 weeks ?? ...just because a company sends a bill doesn't mean it's not canceled it just looks like a error from accounts to me ....mistakes do happen you know ..you seem to make enough of them :rotfl:You keep saying the contract is canceled when the customer is getting bills 3 months after the contract apparently was canceled
I've never told anyone to cancel a DD ..your making things up again as you go alongSo misguided you tell someone to cancel their direct debit - and probably end up with debit collectors on their back.
.You have the nerve to call me names and then tell me to enjoy my evening - I have had enough of you and your smileys and stupidty
I wasn't calling you names as I said I was making observations ...if you want to carry on living up to them carry on don't let me stop you .....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:It's not just about the money0 -
It makes it hard when you keep editing your posts ...try putting everything on in one go rather than keep thinking of something else to addYou do not question why someone offers to pay for a mobile when apparently they have sent it back rather than trying to do what any normal person would and should do - chase it up with the delivery company if the network has no record of having received it.
Why should I question what the OP has offered and is required to do ...the only thing we know the OP is guilty of is being lacking in his paperwork ...that does not change what the law is or what the requirments are for his obligations ...apart from in your world that is

Well don't respond to them then because I am not reading your nonsense.
I can't understand a word of what you do or don't understand or care any more.
And I asked you not keep replying - even insult through PM do not keep your from replying. And you still want to keep replying on here making no useful point as per all your threads as has been the case since your adventures with mobiles.co.uk.0 -
Thats why you have problems understanding facts and black and white and reading posts properly before you jump in with two feet.Well don't respond to them then because I am not reading your nonsense.
I can't understand a word of what you do or don't understand or care any more.
I try to make it simple for you to understand and GD tried to show you but you just ignore it and carry on giving out wrong facts.
To be honest Oneaday your insults via PM's are supposed to make me stop posting rectifying your mistakes are they ...sorry didn't realise :rotfl:And I asked you not keep replying - even insult through PM do not keep your from replying. Perhaps if you stopped making them and giving out wrong ....talking about mobiles.co.uk ..perhaps they might give you a job there you certainly seem to fit the requirements :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:It's not just about the money0 -
Hi MissKeith,
I suppose in theory you could do that but what would be the point you are still going to be liable for the cost of a new phone ...so unless you sold it for a lot more than market value whats the point ???
Because it costs less than paying for a whole unwanted contract.Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I like to feel useful (and smug).

Don't keep talking rubbish all your life and stick those smileys somewhere where they are appreciated.Hi MissKeith,
But you still pay the going rate for the phone such as the price of a PAYG one from 3 ...so why wouldn't the OP just buy a PAYG ....theres no advantage
And that explains all there is to explain about what you understand about entering a mobile phone contract.0
