  • lol "Hi, I'd like to complain about the stupid bint working in the council office and her lack of data inputting" :) think it would work? lol

I sent her my wage slip - It shows £810 a month, minus £200 child care vouchers leaving £610 for tax & N.I and THEN the final payment.

She addedd £200 to £810 giving me £1010 for tax and N.I which is whats caused the mix up. Dozy mare cant read either it seems !

Aniseed gaviscon makes me sick.. it bounces straight back out again.. peppermint gaviscon gives me the runs.. I have a delicate constitution.. hey.. something about me has to be delicate! lol. Ask the quack for ranitidine! it is so much better and not quite so sickable in texture and taste OR nip to the chemist and get settlers tums or something else.. (anyone else think gaviscon has a similar consistency to mucus?)

The thought of Gaviscon makes me nauseous. I've never used it and I don't think I want to.

My tummy feels "full" today, I'm assuming that's a sign of it expanding, but it's weirddd.

Haha, I can just picture a hormonal bump bounce off :rotfl:

Gaviscon is preferable to the revolting aniseed flavoured NHS equivalent with the doc prescribed me last time. Pity neither actually work for more than 5 minutes.

I suffer the heartburn in silence lol Aniseed anything *shudder* can't stand it!

Docs did give me some Omperazole once but that was for something else though I never took any... I still have them in the cupboard though lol

I've got soo much to do I honestly just want to curl up, go to sleep and forget about it!

  • gaviscon is rank, boots equivilent equally and rennie does nothing for me.

However, the tesco own brand fruit flavoured tablets seem to help - and they taste like refreshers

Either that or a glass of milk :)

I use rennies (the minty ones, fruit ones taste lovely but seem to have no effect whatsoever)
