Scary isn't it.
Obviously we have loads of people to shop for (My3, Squeak, DSD mostly - we do token bits for everyone else) so it needs doing early.

plus we dont have a john lewis nearby so will have to save it anyway til i'm near one
I only buy for DS and obviously new DS when he arrives, mum and dad get some money and wine, me and OH dont really bother and i just dont buy for anyone else, if i bought for one i'd have to buy for the other and it would just get out of hand lolplus I hate buying gifts for people just incase they dont like them, it really panics me! lmao xx

I have most of my Christmas shopping done already. Some of it's even wrapped! I still have to buy for DH, I have no idea what to get him at all.
I decided a long time ago that A, I hate shopping. B, I hate crowds. C, I hate the thought of shopping in a crowd, and D, Being heavily pregnant with all of the above will only have one possible outcome......
I have bought a lot of Bomb Cosmetics gift sets, they're very handy!0 -
Morning ladies and bumps and newly arrived!
We seem to have a bit of a rush on, i'm 38 weeks today and have been having back pain for the first time during the pregnancy, it's a bit odd, i keep thinking...'is this it?'
Obviously it isn't yet as i still have a bump and no baby, but am moving up that list very quickly now. I am finishing packing my bags today for the hospital, and am feeling really positive about giving birth, just hope that i can have the water birth i want. It's strange but it seems alien to me to think about giving birth and not being in water.
Positive thoughts to all, x x0 -
OMG - did not expect you to be posting quite so soon Doglover. But massive congratulations.:j Also to Jcr - I love the names you have both chosen.
Well here we are - DD finally but no news to report yet. Still feeling very antisocial and reclusive but I'm not sure it means anything. 5 people called or text me last night to ask if there was any news. It made me chuckle as obviously I will be shouting from the rroftops when this one decides to make an appearance but in all honestly I don't mind at all. I'd probably be a bit put out if noone remembered :rotfl:
Will update with details of sweep later (for anyone that is interested)Leo James arrived 7 days late on 26th August 2011 by emergency CS :j Such a cheeky chappy now :T0 -
Morning everyone!
Congrats to Doglover & Jcr. So jealous that you're having baby cuddles. Went to see a friend this week who has a 1 week old girl and it made me so impatient for our little one to arrive.
Anyhoo, I'm posting because I wanted to let you know that is you haven't already got a carseat, Boots have a few with offeres on at the minute. I ordered a Maxicosi Cabriofix for £90 and it had triple points on it, so 1080 points which I can use next week if the baby event happens! Thought it might be useful for some of you.
Oh and I'm 32 weeks today so I guess I can start on the RLT to strengthen my lady muscles!0 -
well doctor has signed me off for 2 weeks and when i return i have to be on amended duties and be sat more. I have asked work to refer me to occ health so will have to wait and see what happens now:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart

Not having any pains but i never with my previous two either. i really need to go to town but i darent, lol, then again, i could hang about mothercare and hope by waters break in there eh
i still think madam is back to back cos i cant seem to feel anything in the front apart from kicks, but then sometimes i do feel a really hard lump on my side which i presume is her back, i dont blooming know but i'm past the point of caring now what position she is in, i want her out:D:D
Skint, but happy (ish):p0
