    Hi everyone,

Just a quick post as I come up for air! Hope everyone is well and labour vibes to our top 5!

Breastfeeding is now much easier, believe me when I say that around day 3 you will want to give up your soul for baby to feed and you will be happy to give things up and move to formula. It def takes a while for you and baby to learn, as neither of you have done it before, and they say only after 6 weeks is BF well and truly established.

I can understand both points of view re: bf / formula now, definately. Luckily it has worked for us but we were close to the edge!

Puzzled, I'm in Northamptonshire too and will be going off around the same time as you. We can do something if you like.

Getting my bathroom done next week. Woooooo. Can not wait to spend hours and hours turning myself into a prune! Hopefully it'll help me sleep too.

I really don't care if this is TMI, but I really need to do a number 2 and it doesn't help when he starts shifting around in my pelvis. And I can't goooo :(

My new motto is "Baby get out" OUT I TELL YE

I have to fix the pc tomorrow (replace the battery that runs the internal clock) with my mother.
Make the OHs birthday cushion (ie make a batman cushion cover) using the bargain £1.59 cushion pad from home bargains. Then I have to go for an antenatal check at 12.15 luckily grandmother is driving me, Although at 76 she terrifies me. I have to wrap the OH's other present. Then saturday is bake a cake day, sunday is decorate the cake and let the little sister attempt to right the oh;s name..and then sunday evening oh will get driven up by his sister to spend the wholllllllllllle week with me. I've never spent an entire week with him....36 hours at the most. I am very excited. Lets just hope I actually pop next week and aren't late. I've got a sweep next thursday and he goes back next sunday so maybe just maybe!

He says he doesn't want to be there to see me in pain, but wants to be there so I am not in pain without him there...make your mind up you fool

There's no pleasing some people - ive just started freaking out about finishing work! I'm sure I'll get used to it but it suddenly seems a really weird idea!

Sorry I've not read back properly, just a skim. Labour vibes to those who want them - Apricot where are you??!

You rang?:D Im still here, still no signs, seems like everybody IRL who was due at the same time as me has already had their babies but I must learn to be patient. For the record, I don't think any of these labour inducing things work - I've tried em all! :rotfl: Although I am gratefully accepting labour vibes!

Good luck for your last day in work tomorrow! I love not being in work, the first week or two were jam packed with getting things done and this week I've mostly been doing nothing but it's all good!
