Can I ask a completely random question? Hoping you all don't think I'm completely nuts- according to DH I'm fairly normal. :)

Um- I hear a baby gurgle occasionally- extremely occasionally, as I've heard it twice in three weeks. Thing is, I work in an office building- everyone has to pass me, so I'd know if there were any babies in here.....

Am I nuts, am I hearing an actual baby, whether inside me or no, or is my boss trying to wind me up by playing baby noises? If he is, I will get him back.....

If it's your senses just playing up then I'm getting it too - I regularly smell blown out candles - yet there are none in the house.... :o

I wish I was! With the weight of my b**bs and bump, I'm not surprised I have such back ache!

Oh dear god, I'm a dolt. (facepalm.) I've had backache since 5 weeks, and never considered the size of my b**bs, I'd put it down to bump,....

Bella- I've had a few comments as well on my chest size.... :) I don't mind that at all.

SKint_Catt- maybe. Still think it's my boss possibly.... I do know that if someone walks down a street with a hotdog a mile away, I can smell it.... Senses def playing up.

BCS... that made me sad.. hormonal wench that I am.. just the thought someone might be that insensitive is just terrible.. It shouldn't be something you have to think about.

I hadn't thought about it tbh but my midwife seemed concerned & has written that I can't breast feed due to mastectomy all over my notes in the hope that they don't even ask me.

They didn't put any pressure on me to breastfeed with any of my other 3 but I think things have changed & they try to encourage people to breastfeed more now.

I'm sorry for upsetting you & know what you mean about being hormonal as everything seems to make me cry these days. :o

I swear I don't know where you get your energy from it's hard enough being pregnant & doing normal household chores let alone being pregnant, having a young baby to take care of, doing household chores & decorating your house.

    Your obviously superhuman. :A
I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

    Hello:wave:

Sorry not been on, congrats to all new mums, labour vibes where necessary xx

Dylan is 4 weeks and 2 days now, he is doing really well. I'm much better, still have my moments and get tearful.

Whoever asked re emergency c-section and formula in hospitals - I was in five days and couldn't breast feed, still can't, they provided all the formula feed I needed and did for everyone who couldn't breast feed. They had choice of Aptamil, Sma and Cow and Gate. Be prepared for anti formula bashing, they knew better than have a go at me...i wasn't exactly able to BF having a gastro bug while in there, with more drips and drains than I want to remember, I was too weak to hold him or even lift him out the cot.

    Finally..a pic from today :)
