My branch must be at the helpful end of the spectrum. Either that, or they're a bit more clued up on their sales.0

Go into branch and have a chat to the adviser and they'll tell you though.
Phone bank wouldn't have your score only banks computers hold this info.
Agree going into a bank they have to tell you under 'Data Protection Act known as subject access request'
I know HSBC is 1-100 with 5 stars for product selling, not 100% sure how Barclays do theirs though.0 -

Not strictly true, I've spoken to phone bank advisers and they have confirmed my internal score, spoke to others and they either say they don't have access or cannot give it out cause of data protection.
When I heard the data protection excuse I did explain that I'd just gone through security with them so they know I am the holder of the account but it falls on deaf ears.
Surely phonebank advisers have the same computer systems as the branch0 -

That has actually surprised TBH that the phone bank gave out an internal score as I really did think it was in branch only.
Not 100% sure if the upgrade team might hold different info though.0 -
Probably does have a element of "sales" in the call, which they obviously pick up on and they must have sales targets just like the branch. e.g. When I inquired I wanted to know if I was eligible for a credit card.
Doubt they'd give it just cause you are curious though.0 -

I wouldn't mine trying lloyds TBH as I really like the idea of these scores TBH, I would have the vantage as well.
Moneysaver log how long have you been with them and what account are you running?
I have been Barclays & Barclays only and haven't had no problems with them but I fancy a change but still keep my Barclays.0 -

Been with Lloyds TSB for a long time before that I've had TSB accounts going back to when I was born, which are more years than I care to remember.
I have 3 classic vantage accounts, the cash isa and a platinum mastercard. Just recently closed the incentive saver account and going to use the 3 vantage accounts for savings. Hopefully can fill the vantage accounts up over the next 2 years on top of the ISA subscriptions.0 -
Well just done my online application for a lloyds account hopefully the welcome pack should arrive next week.
Need to drop my Barclays added account down to their classic now as I am not paying for 2 bank accounts.0 -
Phoning lloyds tommorow to make sure they got my application for their account.0

I went in today with a friend who applied for a CC. They rejected him and showed him that he was risk band 3, 1 being best up till 9, and he only got rejected as he has a loan with them which was got a few months ago. They also showed him what his external grade was, E, from A to I. I then gave them my account to see what I was and she showed me. Very helpful woman so anyone wishing to know could just apply for something and then they will show you when explaining. Hope that helps!SwagBucks Challenge: 402/849
