I always park like that if someone parks that badly.
I used to have a Fiat 126, even if they used two spaces, I could normally fit it down one side of them, if it was the drivers side I used to wait, and watch them climb over if I had time.0 -

Snap. An evil, yet somewhat satisfying pastime..0 -

The peeps over there are just as inclined to take 2 spaces, provided the car park is empty enough. The daft bint in that Toyota tried to get the Rover owner banned from the store (IFAIK) lol
Imagine having the gall to complain after parking like that, in a busy carpark!! :rotfl:

the insurance company won't fight this at all unless they try to claim more than £2000 per person. £2000 is the approximate cost of fighting such a claim.
The claims vultures will usually claim something like £1950 per person.
And I'm guessing I get no say in what the insurance company decides to do?
Eg. I could have a claim on my record where I injured someone. Will this make a difference in renewal price as opposed to a non-injury claim?0 -

Your premium has gone up already just for reporting it....“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

To be fair, unless you're qualified to give medical testimony as to the nature of the woman's injuries, then I can't see why they would give you any say in how they settle the claim.0 -
A claim is a claim regardless of injury or property damage only. The man without a signature.0

So why do insurance companies ask for £ of claim?0 -
I was in an accident 3 weeks ago and sustained back, neck chest and shoulder injuries. The paramedics were called and i was taken into hospital. I'm still off work and having manipulation and traction on my back. We were hit from the side while we were going round a corner....at 35mph. Driver claimed he didn't see us. No idea how! Anyway, after much persuasion i finally caved in and rang up to put a claim in. I now have to PROVE that he didn't see me...how i am ment to do that i'll never know! I wasn't driving, i was a back seat pasenger. Brand new car, 43% worth of damage and i took the full impact of the crash. People who make silly claims make it hard for the geniune ones!!!Slimming World Challenge 2017 0/30.5lb
