;44416410]Yeh. I should have. Not sure if a photo of the occupant would have made much difference though. It seems shes claiming whiplash.
well there is a good possibility the person claiming whiplash is not even the person who was in the car see0 -

Or post the email here and get it picked up by every web bot on the internet.......
But that would only render the email useless, as he'd receive thousands of spam messages every day.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

I personally would be tempted to report it to the police, as "she was injured" I would think the police would take an intrest given the fact you tell them it was merely a bump.
Perhaps mention to them you think its a fraudulent claim, id also be tempted to park near their house for a day with a camera and take photo's of the injured one getting in and out of cars - walking etc, play private detective - then show the photos to the police and insurance people, you have nothing to loose. You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -
If there was an injury, there is an obligation to inform the police I believe.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0

You don't understandthe insurance company won't fight this at all unless they try to claim more than £2000 per person. £2000 is the approximate cost of fighting such a claim.
The claims vultures will usually claim something like £1950 per person.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

I do hope then you don't meet a piston header when you do it then or you may have a clamber back into your car

The peeps over there are just as inclined to take 2 spaces, provided the car park is empty enough. The daft bint in that Toyota tried to get the Rover owner banned from the store (IFAIK) lol
Imagine having the gall to complain after parking like that, in a busy carpark!! :rotfl:“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
