But it's only you that classifies evasive action as speeding up, tailgating, and flashing your headlights like crazy. (It's visible in the mini's reflectors).
Now you really are imagining things.....“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

about 11 seconds in, you tear up behind him, there's the reflection in his brake lights of you giving it some with the headlights, then he puts the brakes on, and gives you the finger.0 -

If you drive at such a slow speed that other driver become impatient, then your as bad as they are.
The arrogant answer your looking for is "they shouldn't lose patience", my answer is "A dog shouldn't rip your face off, but if you poke it with a big stick it probably will".
My colleagues wife works for the Staffordshire Police, she's does data input. Doesn't mean she knows the law.
One of my good friends on the other hand, he's a motorcycle officer with the West midlands Police and he knows a darn sight more.
I drive AT the speed limit for every road I use, I find this creates a peaceful environment for all road users around me. People tend to get irritated when the person in front is driving well below the limit for the road, it's very rare I find anyone who wishes to overtake when im driving at the speed limit.
Why do you assume I am driving too slowly, I know the road and I drive at an appropriate speed. I have seen many near misses on the road but have fortunately never seen a fatal RTA, but the near misses have all involved drivers who were driving too fast for the road. It has several bad bends and is narrow so speeding drivers have a habit of being on the wrong side of the road and if they don't meet an oncoming vehicle it is luck not judgement. My husband, trained Police driver, would confirm this.
I may know the West Mids officer, in fact I know plenty of West Mids police officers on traffic and other depts. I know what most of them think of speeding drivers.
By the way I have never done data entry but just to let you know to be in a Police car with a highly skilled driver chasing a suspect is very exciting but like they say on the TV, "Don't try this at home."Sell £1500

Well just to let you know, you really are imagining things.... Perhaps it's the effect of the tree shadows you see on the ground, but at that angle headlights would make those reflectors look like actual lights. There's another video where I do flash my lights and you can see this effect very clearly.
In that situation it would be pointless as the guy probably would not have seen it. I would have used the horn instead to "warn him of my presence", but the initial offence wasn't that bad, it was his actions afterwards which are "debatable".

Erm... What are you talking about speeding drivers for? I was talking about driving at the speed limits and the danger posed by those who drive too slowly and cause other drivers to lose their patience (see the dog analogy).
I mean for example, if a HGV overtakes you (not YOU), followed by a learner driver and then a procession of other drivers all leaning on their horns..... Your doing something wrong. This surely cannot be denied??“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Where and when did this alleged offence occur ?You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0 -
Can I ask if you drive at 90 mph, if you think that is OK perhaps you do and if so do you think you should hand your licence in now?
90MPH is perfectly safe on the right road and in the right condition. Many nights when coming up the A1 in the wee hours, I was the only vehicle for a lot of the time. Someone doing 90MPH in those conditions would not be dangerous.0 -

It would though be illegal and all the excuses in the world would cut no mustard if the Police were having a bad night. You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0
