Just sent you an email Rosie, thankyou for your help0

OK thanks for that Rosie/Jules.
On the subject raised by others here, when a retailer says they've 'paid cashback to another commission network' as regards claims made to Quidco, what proof do you have of this, do they furnish you with any transaction-specific details pertaining to Quidco claimants?UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0 -
Hi My policy for AXA Car insurance was taken out on 19 October and tracked. The payout guidelines says under 5 months. I have checked my account today and no payment made and when I tried to enquire via the helpdesk about payment it seems that I should have enquired within 45 days of the purchase. Since it had tracked I was happy to let the Quidco process take its course and it seems unfair that I now seem to have been penalised. My user name on Quidco is xxxxxx. Could you look into this please?
Thank you.0 -
Hi
I have had this for over 5 months now:
10 Oct 11 Sainsbury's Finance ... 80.00 Tracked
Any idea when this will become payable?
It was, and is, in respect of a Home Buildings and Contents Insurance policy.
Thanks0 -
Quidco and Quidco users(Real and Potential),
I have just registered specifically to raise a question regarding PC World & PC World Business.
I have been waiting on 2 cashbacks from PC World Business for over 7 months and have received all the usual 'noises' about the lack of payment; how it is being escalated etc etc but am no nearer getting paid.
In a nutshell the reply from Quidco, after escalation to the 'new' Quidcare Administration Team, was a few calming words and a statement that Quidco will wait for a response from PC World Business at their leisure. i.e timescales were under PC World Business control and NOT Quidco.
I specifically purchased from PC World Business because of the cashback offered but it looks like I will never get paid.
I would be very interested to know how many other people are waiting on PC World & PC World Business to pay cashbacks.
Reading through this thread it is apparent that PC World have been mentioned in this context before.
I have asked the question why do Quidco continue to push cashback deals with PC World & PC World Business if they cannot get them to pay. [No reply given to this question]
What is the commercial relationship like if PC World can ignore requests from Quidco to pay and Quidco still continue to push deals with a company that treats them so shabbily.
Yes... I am not very happy with PC World Business or Quidco as I am out of pocket yet it seems to not matter to either of them.
Everyone please reply to this post and let other MSE readers know how many deals are outstanding with PC World & PC World Business via Quidco.
It may at least warn off future potential customers who would be encouraged to buy from PC World and PC World Business via Quidco for cashbacks that are never paid.

flagstones wrote: »Hi there,
I am losing faith in Quidco.
I recently upgraded with Sky and used Quidco to get £50 cashback. I had to raise a claim as this did not track. I have finally had a response, which was "commission given to another marketing source". This meant nothing to me so I queried this again. I have since been denied the cashback but I see no reason why. I followed the terms, I did not use any other source or referer as the Quidco support person has commented. I am really displeased at this, as we used quidco as required. This seems to be just passing the buck. Blame the customer.
My other cashback items are now stacking up too and I have had to raise more claims.
Rosie, if you could help with this I would be grateful.
Hi flagstones
I feel your pain.'commission given to another marketing source'
It's rubbish to say that I used another website to get my cashback but I do have a soft spot for Topcashback.co.uk.I always clear my systems too.
This was the excuse I got when I used Buy.com for a laptop purchase.
It was £20 worth of cashback.Of course Buy.com refer you back to Quidco who just gave the excuse.Quidco ever thought maybe the paying company doesn't actually pay anything
Even if it was paid somewhere else why don't each side chase up the credit. No proof of where the payment went was ever given even when I asked so what Rosie has said about checking was a pure fabrication of what I experienced with Quidco.
I asked Quidco to close my account which they did as I thought then things were not going as well as the past.
We are always advised that cashback is never guaranteed.I have believed for sometime
that what is guaranteed that Quidco will fob you off and not investigate further.
In the unlikely event of a problem with Topcashback they are always on the case and deal with it speedily to the resolution. In one case they even paid out of their funds.
One word of caution regarding Ebay.....On two transactions that did not track Ebay offered a lower amount insisting the sale was reduced because of what the seller paid them.
What they failed to realise is that both sellers were private and both advised me what they paid Ebay for the sale...in this case 10% of the selling fee.So check your amounts you are getting.Topcashback have resubmitted again for me after they got links to the emails.Awaiting calculation and correct payment
I see the site was down this morning but now back up0 -
Good afternoon,
@Shaftingham – As you know, the commission for a sale is tracked and processed by an affiliate network who work with that particular retailer (we have around 30 networks on Quidco). When cashback is declined, the affiliate networks usually are able to see where the sale has been credited to since most retailers only use one affiliate network. If a retailer uses multiple networks and the sale is allocated to another network sale that we don't run on, then our network will only be able to see that it's a sale generated on another platform.
Unfortunately the networks are unable to provide us with the exact name of where the cashback is paid for Data Protection reasons, although they can sometimes provide us with the particular platform that it has been paid to, for example a voucher site, another rewards site or a comparison site.
So, in short, we aren’t able to obtain ‘proof’ as it were, and it isn’t really possible for us to have complete proof unfortunately – we do just have to trust that what the affiliate network is telling us is correct, which 9 times out of 10, it will be. To be honest with you, I’d say it is one of the biggest issues that all cashback sites face within the industry at the moment as we really don’t like cashback to be declined at all, let alone for this reason. It is really frustrating as the majority of the time, there really is nothing further we can do.
@Tescodealqueen – Thanks for confirming. I can see that this has now been passed on to our payments team, and they can then identify where the issue is. The payment should then follow within the next few weeks.
@mum26 – Thanks for confirming. I’ve replied to your email and I'm pleased to tell you that the cashback will be arriving and confirming in your account by the end of this month.
ffacoffipawb – Sainsburys Finance do usually take around 6 months to confirm cashback, so it should be confirmed in your account within the next month or so. Do contact us again, though, if it is not confirmed in this time.
@JohnDoe999 – I’m very sorry to hear how long this has taken and I will be happy to explain this for you. The main issue that we had with PC World/Business was that a lot of transactions from around the time of your purchase were affected by a missed payment invoice from the previous affiliate network. By previous, I mean that PC World moved over to a different affiliate network, who track and process transactions for all cashback websites. As the delay was with this network and not the retailer, we do continue to promote their offers as they are now paying cashback within the normal payment times. Please do be assured that just because the cashback hasn’t been paid at this stage, it does not at all mean that it won’t be paid. I will be happy to take a look at your account to see if there is anything further I can do to hurry the process along. Can I ask you to forward details of your Quidco account (user ID or email address) to members@quidco.com, so I am able to do this? Hopefully we can reach a positive resolution for you.
Many thanks,

Hi
I am quite new to using Quidco - or any cashback site.
My cashback for Very has been declined. I can only presume that out of the £109 order - a £37 item has been returned, also still awaiting £12 item to be delivered.
Before I open a claim - I just wondered if part order is returned is the cashback declined.

I have been a Quidco member for quite some time and I have my payout minimum set to £50, I have made quite a few purchases and have had purchases confirmed, but my total has been static at £47 ish for ages and it seems to be taking forever.
Can anyone tell me how long before purchases are paid out?Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -
