@P2TKL – Similarly, Dial-a-phone take around 3 – 4 months to be confirmed in your account. Can you clarify if the claim has been approved yet? You should receive a message in the claim stating whether it has or not.
All I have heard is that the claim is on hold for 46 days and I will be told when the claim is sent off. Not heard anything since and 46 days are well past0 -

@K_P83 – Don’t worry, sometimes purchases can track in under the wrong product, as long as the retailer name is correct I wouldn’t worry. Can you clarify if both transactions are now showing, with the correct cashback amount? Santander usually take around 4 months to resolve claims from the date that you raise the claim.
Yes they're showing the right amounts in the claim.
Strangely, the preferred current account is being shown as confirmed, yet the same account (just 123 current account) is being shown as a claim pending - both on the same day.
I also have an entry from Equifax on 6th Feb that is showing as tracked. It's shown as tracked since day 1. Should i continue to leave it & wait or action a claim as it's been over a month?0 -
My account with Quidco has been blocked! I have emailed Quidco and not received any reply. I was due some money this month! I assume I wont get it now. I have used them for years and always recommend them to friends and family. I only found out when I tried to log in. Very disappointing that they can't even respond to tell me why!0

Good afternoon,
@vicx – Thanks for confirming. I have spoken to Sean and he is currently investigating this with the network for you, as they have been declined with a reason that isn’t very clear.
I believe the other support ticket was closed in error, however he is now investigating all three Medic Animal claims for you via the same support ticket, so you won’t need to open another support ticket for each transaction. He has advised me that he will be getting back to you over the next few days with an update, as soon as we receive it ourselves from Medic Animal.
@bleepandbooster – Tesco Mobile Shop usually take around 5 months to confirm cashback in your account, so it shouldn’t be too much longer now.
@P2TKL – Sorry about that, we did have an issue with our email system where the emails to confirm that claims had been sent off, were not sending. However if you did receive this message regarding your claim being put on hold, then the claim will have been automatically sent off once the 46 days had passed.
@K_P83 – Claims do tend to take longer to be processed than normal transactions, simply because the tracking process has to be completed manually when they fail to track in automatically – it is nothing to worry about.
Equifax are currently taking around 3 months, so this should be confirming in around May time. If it has tracked in, you won’t need to raise a claim for it unless it has confirmed incorrectly or been declined.
@Gary1963 – Sorry to hear that. Can I ask you to email members@quidco.com with your Quidco username or email address, and I will pass this on for further investigation.
Thanks everyone,

Hi Rosie,
I raised a claim on 14/09/2011 for £40 cashback on an RAC breakdown policy taken out on 08/09/2011 which didn't track automatically. I supplied the vehicle registration plate as requested but the claim is still sitting in my activity as 'claim raised' with no further updates since 17/09/2011.
I'm aware that for RAC claims there is a "3 month confirmation period from policy start date after which cash back will be confirmed" but it's now been 6 months since the policy start date of 10/09/2011 and I'm concerned that I won't receive the cashback.
Thanks for your help!Despite the name, I'm actually a laydee!0 -
Have emailed as requested.0

After waiting more than the time advertised on Quidco for cashback from a known online retailer, I was happy to get few days ago a message that my cashback of more than £100 was confirmed and will be paid in this week's payment run , 15th March.
Now however, Quidco's compliance team hold the funds and wants me to show them MY BANK STATEMENTS, although they received the money from the retailer and confirmed cashback. Can you believe it?
P.S:
They also deducted their £5 commission but didn't pay me the money.0 -
Good afternoon,
@NiceGuyEddie – I'm very sorry about that, it does appear that your cashback is taking longer than we’d expect. Can I ask you to raise a support ticket and we can certainly escalate this to the payments team for you.
@Gary1963 – Thank you. I have passed this on to the relevant department and they will be in touch shortly.
@Rudess – We do have procedures and checks in place to prevent fraud and abuse of cashback, and on occasion this does mean that we have to request documents if your account is flagged up on our system. If you can provide some sort of documentation as requested, and it confirms the account that you are wanting to be paid into, then they can certainly send the cashback on to you. We would never withhold any cashback for genuine purchases, but these checks are necessary to protect our retailers, as well as consumers.
Have a great weekend everyone.
