    Mind you having said that, I've checked my Virgin FTSE tracker cashback and it states "100% paid within 180 days + payment speed 8 months" (contradictory!)
    Tomorrow is my 8 months' anniversary of this tracking and still not received it, so this clearly is inaccurate.

    Any ideas Quidco?


    Actually, you'll definitely have to update the stats for that merchant because my case alone means the 100% figure cannot be accurate; now nearly 9 months and waiting..........

    @vernall , Wesker – I’m afraid we are still waiting for the payment from Post Office, although we are expecting an update this week with some hopefully good news. If you haven’t already, please raise a support ticket so we are able to keep you updated with this at every stage.

    Still no sign of my Post Office cashback :(

    Any more news on this? How come some people have been paid and others havent when we all applied around the same time?

    Hi Peeps,

    Looking for some advice,

    I have twice gone through Quidco for two recent purchases.
    Each time I have cleared all browsing History (used IE and Chrome) Logged into Quidco and clicked the link to the retailer.
    Is there anything else I should be doing to ensure future purchases are tracked correctly?

    (I have raised Claims after three days of purchasing)

    @Wesker – Can you confirm if you have raised a support ticket? I believe they are being worked through but if you raise a support ticket we can ensure that you are updated regularly by the Administration Team. Can you confirm if your username on here is the same as on Quidco? If so I’ll be happy to check this for you.

    @Pdog – I’ve pasted below a few tips for tracking that should help you (these may be slightly different depending on the browser you are using):

    Enable Cookies: Go to Tools - Options - Privacy. Then please change your settings under History to Remember History.

    Enable JavaScript: Go to Tools - Options - Content. Then please ensure Enable JavaScript is ticked.

    Disable pop-up blocker: Go to Tools - Options - Content. Then please ensure Block pop-up windows is not ticked.

    Clear Cookies: Go to Tools - Clear Recent History. Please change the time range to clear to Everything.

    Also it can be useful to add the following URLs to your security software, as sometimes your security software can block the access of our affiliate networks (who track and process the cashback):

    I have 4 purchases in my Quidco Activity from Dorthory Perkins from Nov 28th 2011, they are all still showing as Tracked. It seems a long time for the cashback not to be confirmed?

    Another problem I am having is with Medic Animal. My recent purchases weren't tracking so I had to report missing cashback. Now, the three cashback claims have been declined by this merchant for reason 'cashback has already been paid, duplicate reference'. The cashback has not already been paid so Quidco are looking in to it. What are the chances of Quidco receiving my cashback from this merchant?

  • I'm waiting on Dorothy Perkins cashback too! I have around 19 different transactions in my Quidco activity list from July 7th 2011 onwards which are still showing as tracked. Waiting on quite a few in-store Debenhams too. Losing faith with Quidco tbh as the majority of my transactions over the last year are still sat there unpaid :(
  • I took out car insurance with RSA Echoice on the 26th Feb and it is tracking at £45 but the link I had clicked through on said there was an offer on of £65 cashback (it was due to expire 3 hours after I took out the insurance). My Quidco username is msutherland.

    Also I have been having problems using the Quidco Mobile app, when I go to log into stores it says I am not in the store, even though I am stood well inside - the other week I was actually at the back of Carphone Warehouse and it still didn't recognise it.

    @Wesker – Thanks for confirming. I’ve raise a ticket in your account for you now so we’ll aim to have this paid as quickly as possible.

    @vicx – Dorothy Perkins are taking quite a while to be confirmed at the moment, unfortunately, as they are currently taking around 7 months to be paid.

    Medic Animal have been having a bit of trouble with tracking recently I believe, and it does sound as though they have been declined incorrectly. As you have already raised a support ticket we can certainly look into this for you now, and we will do all we can to obtain a positive resolution for you.

    @missgiddypants – I’m very sorry about that. Can you please raise a support ticket and select ‘why has my cashback not updated to confirmed yet?’, and we can certainly chase these up for you. I believe older in-store payments have now been made, although do note that they usually take around 6 months to be confirmed.

    @michaelsutherland – We are aware of an issue with RSA Echoice as they do seem to be tracking at the lower amount. We have been informed that the cashback will track and confirm at £45, however once this has happened, please send in a support ticket and we will ensure that the missing £20 is added in at ‘confirmed’ status, so we can pay both amounts out to you at the same time.
