Yep, Virgin FTSE Tracker ISA tomorrow hits 9 months, it confirmed OK June 15 2011, so now your 100% in 8 months cannot be correct any more.....:D:DUK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0 -
Hi , I used Quidco for the wifes car insurance last October ..nothing tracked, so i raised a claim.
The claim is still out with Quidco Support , and the payment / cashback seems to be incremtening from 4 months to 5 to 6.
Please can some one help - do i need to Pm details to the lady called Rosie ?0 -
Another problem I am having is with Medic Animal. My recent purchases weren't tracking so I had to report missing cashback. Now, the three cashback claims have been declined by this merchant for reason 'cashback has already been paid, duplicate reference'. The cashback has not already been paid so Quidco are looking in to it. What are the chances of Quidco receiving my cashback from this merchant?quidco_Company_Representative wrote: »@vicx –
Medic Animal have been having a bit of trouble with tracking recently I believe, and it does sound as though they have been declined incorrectly. As you have already raised a support ticket we can certainly look into this for you now, and we will do all we can to obtain a positive resolution for you.
I am really disappointed with Quidco. As stated above, I opened a ticket for the declined cashback from MedicAnimal. Reason given was 'duplicate reference - cashback already paid' which was not the case. MedicAnimal declined 3 cashback claims for three recent orders because they claim cashback has already been paid which it has not.
I emailed Quidco the invoice as requested and received a reply asking if I used a discount code. I replied stating no discount code was used, the discount was automatically applied to my order as the product was on offer (no code required). I then receive a reply today from Sean stating:
'Your cashback has been declined on this occasion due to the additional discount gained when you used the gift card as part of your purchase'.
This is not true, the cashback was declined because MedicAnimal stated cashback had already been paid. There was no discount code used as explained in my previous reply to Quidco. Sean has closed the ticket so I am now unable to update it or open another ticket. :mad:A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -
Good afternoon,
@denhoren - I'll be certainly happy to look into this for you. Are you able to raise a support ticket and select 'why has my cashback not updated to confirmed yet?' - and then put FAO Rosie at the top of the message. This can then be passed on to me and I can take a look into this for you.
Many thanks,

Hi,
Am fairly new to Quidco so would like some assistance please!
Used Quidco for purchase at Vistaprint in December, did not track so submitted claim. The status is showing as 'claim raised'.
Is it usual for claims to take this long? Is there any way of finding out if it is progressing in any way?

I raised a claim with you for a purchase I made with Dialaphone on 9th Dec.2011. I have heard nothing from you for ages. Can you look into this for me please ?0

I applied for a Santander 123 credit card 19th Jan 2012.
I was granted this & have been using it for some time (statements can prove).
It didn't track so i raised a claim 18th Feb 2012.
Any idea when this is likely to be sorted?
Also, i opened a preferred current account with them which didn't track also. I raised a claim & it showed in my account, but since the preferred current account has been dropped by santander, it's now saying in my quidco account the claim is for a "123 current account" .... which it isn't. That is wrong & i'm not claiming for a 123 CURRENT ACCOUNT as i don't have one. I was claiming for a PREFERRED current account (all in addition to the 123 credit card claim).0 -
Good afternoon,
@vicx – I’m so sorry to hear of the issue you have had with this. Can I ask you to please confirm your Quidco UserID and I will personally take a look into this for you. If you do not wish to confirm your userID on here, can you please send this to members@quidco.com.
@bevally – Claims for retailers such as Vistaprint usually take around four months to be resolved and confirmed in your account, so it shouldn’t be too much longer for this now. The claim should be automatically updated as soon as we receive a resolution from the retailer.
@P2TKL – Similarly, Dial-a-phone take around 3 – 4 months to be confirmed in your account. Can you clarify if the claim has been approved yet? You should receive a message in the claim stating whether it has or not.
@K_P83 – Don’t worry, sometimes purchases can track in under the wrong product, as long as the retailer name is correct I wouldn’t worry. Can you clarify if both transactions are now showing, with the correct cashback amount? Santander usually take around 4 months to resolve claims from the date that you raise the claim.
Many thanks,
