Moneygaming (tracked OK) now over 6 months, Virgin ditto over 5 months, still waiting on 888.com and Bidrivals (8 months) after claims. £185 total would be nice before Christmas ("WHICH Christmas?" I hear you chant in unison...)

Good afternoon,
@P2TKL - We're not aware of any issues with the cashback claim process at the moment. If you're still having trouble, can you please send a support ticket to the Quidcare Team and they can certainly raise the claim on your behalf.
@zharrt - We wouldn't recommend cancelling before the trial has finished as your cashback may be declined. Technically in order to complete the free trial you would have to pay the first monthly charge, and to be honest, it probably would be your best bet, just in case. Also, do be sure to add at least ten discs to your rental list, and receive at least one disc by post. If you do all of this then there shouldn't be any trouble getting your cashback.
@shaftingham - We are still on the case for you, I am really sorry for how long this has been going on for.
@brendang - Welcome to Quidco! I'll be happy to help you with this. When cashback has been approved, we then have to wait for the retailer to pay the cashback to the network, who then pass it on to us. Generally cashback will be paid around 60 - 90 days after the approval date, depending on the retailer (it can sometimes be quicker or longer than this).
Many thanks,

Regarding the Lovefilm trial, I did it but not through Quidco and cancelled just before the end of the free period and was refused the River Island voucher. I did not contest it but was annoyed, how can a "free trial" cost you £5.99?0

I took advantage of the T Mobile/ LG Optimus deal waaaaaaaaaaaay back In June. It was finally approved on 13 th October, so I am just awaiting payment. Now, I didn't think I would be asking when I took the offer in June but what are the chances of getting this before Xmas? I only ask as I could really be doing with it. Thanks.:oIf life gives you lemons, make lemonade.;)0

I took out a deal with talkmobile on a 6 month tarriff Ive been happy with them and received my cashback into my quidco account, unfortunately the contract was only for 6 months and without cashback this tarif is good but similair to others on the market how to I get another 6 months cashback on the simple contract or am I only allowed 1 period with cashback?
Thanks to anybody that can assist0 -
Good afternoon,
@Lily1 – the free trial won’t cost you anything if you cancel before the payment is due, we just recommend that you don’t cancel before the free trial has finished as they will then be perfectly within their rights to say that you that you did not complete the trial, and would therefore not be eligible for cashback.
@dippynina – I’ve had a chat with our payments team and T-Mobile are clearing up some older claim payments this month, so your claim may well be included in this. However, I can certainly have a check for you. Can you please confirm for me your Quidco UserID? If you don’t want to post it on here, can you please send it to members@quidco.com, FAO Rosie. Fingers crossed we can get it to you before Christmas!
@rangers_fc – I’m afraid TalkMobile operate a ‘one per member’ policy, so you are only authorised to make one transaction with them through Quidco. Sorry about that!
Many thanks,

I was just wondering if there's a problem with Quidco at the moment as I've got transactions ranging from February to November that are still only showing as tracked. There have, however, been confirmed payments and payments made in the that time, but the last confirmed transaction on my account was at the beginning of September.
Over the last 2 days I've received several messages from Quidcare support apologising for the delay and I was just wondering what the problem is.
Thanks!0 -
Good afternoon,
@michbright - I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a delay with some of our retailers. Can you clarify which retailers the delay is with? I should be able to explain in a little more detail for you. Generally when cashback is delayed, this is because we haven't received the payment from either the network or retailer, although we do chase both of them up on a daily basis for overdue payments. Cashback payment speeds do vary from retailer to retailer, and unfortunately delays can sometimes happen. We are always on the case for you, though, so don't worry!
Have a great weekend everyone!
Many thanks,
