Good afternoon,
@ag120 - Sorry I missed your post yesterday, nothing sinister! I can certainly explain this for you. British Airways pay those amounts to their general affiliates. Since Quidco is an incentive site they have taken the decision to offer less through us than they would normal affiliates. The amount that we offer is 100% what British Airways are willing to pay Quidco for referring business, and we pass on 100% of this to you, should we receive it from British Airways (if your sale is approved).
Many thanks,
RosieOfficial Company Representative

Thankyou rosie. I've logged an 'all purpose' ticket instead of doing 5 seperate tickets so i hope that's ok.0 -

Good afternoon,
@jasonwatkins - That's completely fine, we can deal with all of the issues in the same ticket.
@shaftingham -We're still on the case for you, I'm afraid. I've chased the payments team and the administration team up again for you today, and they're in contact with the affiliate networks on a regular basis to do everything we can to ensure a resolution for you, as quickly as possible.
Many thanks,

Hello, quidco!
I am new on your site.
But the company i am working for have Hot Offers and wants to cooperate with you.
So, here is the question: How is it possible to do?
Thank you!0 -
Hello Quidco Rep
I bought some items form Whittards on 8th Nov.
Immediately, my transaction was declined, didn't even go to tracked. So, I raised a claim. Today it has been declined again.
I see no reason at all why this should have been declined, and why it would have done that immediately and not even tracked-seems mighty strange to me. Any ideas, and what are the chances of me actually getting the cashback now?
Thanks0 -
I made a purchase on 28th January - first wineclub order with M&S, it should have paid 20% cashback, but tracked at the wrong rate. I contacted Quidco in February regarding this on the following ticket: https://www.quidco.com/view-ticket/t/926325/
I was told it would update to the correct date, but 3 months later it hadn't, so I was then advised the Quidco rep would raise an incorrect cashback claim.
This claim was subsequently declined, as the rep had raised the wrong type of claim (ie missing, rather than incorrect rate). Further contact regarding this took place: https://www.quidco.com/view-ticket/t/1079258/ and a new claim was raised: https://www.quidco.com/view-ticket/t/1080146
This claim has now been declined, as the cashback was apparently paid to another network! This is impossible, as a small part of the amount has already been paid to me via Quidco, it's just the difference between the amount paid and the correct cashback rate that's outstanding.
I'm however starting to get quite annoyed now, as it's almost 11 months since I made the purchase, and it's now 2 claims and 2 support tickets later, and Quidco still hasn't managed to sort this out - can you help please?I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0 -
Could you clarify something about Quidco and offers from elsewhere? I clicked through from Quidco to the AA yesterday and signed up for breakdown cover. That all went fine and the purchase is showing as tracked.
However, when I got to the point just before paying on the AA site, a page came up saying the breakdown cover came with a year's free home repair cover (burst pipes and so on). I didn't know about this in advance and was rather taken by surprise but as it was free I thought I might as well accept the offer.
But I'm now wondering if the AA might classify this as some kind of discount and say that the AA cashback via Quidco is no longer payable. I seem to remember reading somewhere that Quidco cashback may not be payable if another discount is applied from elsewhere.
So I'd be really grateful if you could confirm whether or not this affects the Quidco cashback. I don't really care about the Home repair cover but I do want to make sure of the cashback if I can. I can still cancel the purchase (for 14 days I think) and go through it again without the Home cover if that's necessary to make sure the cashback isn't declined.
Hope you can advise on this. Many thanks.0 -
Good afternoon everyone,
@rocky_writer – Welcome to Quidco! You’d first of all need to get your company on an affiliate network, this is a third party who we use to track and process the cashback. If you send an email to busdev@quidco.com, they will be happy to explain the process in a little more detail for you and get the ball rolling.
@ sharalee99 – That does sound a bit strange to be honest. Usually if a claim is declined straight away it may mean that we are missing a certain piece of information needed to process the claim, but it could just be an error. Can you please send a support ticket to the Quidcare Team and they can certainly help you with this.
@ernie-money – That does sound very frustrating, I’m very sorry about that. Can I ask you to raise this with me as a complaint, and I will personally take a look into this for you and see if I can provide you with a positive resolution.
@MisterMicawber – I’ve asked our administration team about this and it shouldn’t affect your cashback at all. As it isn’t a discount being applied to the Breakdown Cover, and as AA haven’t told us that this is a restriction, your transaction will still be eligible for cashback.
Thanks, and have a lovely weekend everyone!

Did you add a discount code? This seems to invalidate cashback from Quidco. It did for a on 2 shops last month. Got declined very quickly like you, someone on the whittards discount code thread said it happens.0
