If I close my quidco account do I still get the outstanding payments due? Most notably £19 from National Trust that's still not been paid from 1 May 2011.0

Hi Rosie,
Thanks for sorting out my sister's problem; she's very grateful and so am I0 -
Hi Rosie,
Wonder if you can help? I have got a transaction going through with the Post Office credit card. I have been told that my raised claim has been approved and that you are waiting on the money from them.
Do you know at all when the next payment from them will be? As you are aware XMAS is coming and the money would come in handy.
Thanks for any help. Claire. X0 -
Good afternoon,
@soba – if you close your account then all payments will stop, I’m afraid. You can leave your account open for the time being, and if you do not make any purchases during your membership year, you won’t be charged the £5 admin amount.
Trking – No problem, I’m glad I could help!
@Claire31 – That will just depend on the date you made the transaction. Generally Post Office take around four months to confirm cashback, although they have been slightly delayed recently. I have been informed that we’ve had a payment from them recently so any overdue payments should be cleared up shortly.
Many thanks,

I recently signed up to quidco and I have done a few transactions through the site.
Excuse my ignorance, but it's not really clear on the quidco site how the tracked cashback becomes confirmed cashback and then paid cashback. I've looked in the quidco FAQs for some help but the FAQs ain't the best!
How long does the process from initial purchase to confirmation of cashback take? There is a purchase I made on there back in September and still nothing has come through yet.
Please help0 -
Good afternoon,
@tersus slate - Welcome to Quidco! I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Once a purchase has tracked into your account, it then has to go through a validation process, which involves several different parties. We work with affiliate networks who track and process your cashback, and they will work between the retailer and Quidco. If the retailer approves your cashback, they will then pass this decision back to the network, and then back on to us. Cashback is paid in batches, so once the retailer have passed the commission on to the network, they will pass it on to us and we will apply this to your account. Your transaction will then update to confirmed status, and we'll then pay it out to you on one of our fortnightly payment runs (1st and 15th of the month).
Cashback timings do vary, although most transactions will be confirmed within around 60 - 180 days. If you go to each retailer's Quidco page, you should be able to see the relevant payment statistics for each retailer. For a purchase made in September, we probably wouldn't have expected this to have been paid just yet. It can sometimes be a lengthy process, and unfortunately we can't guarantee payment times, however once your payments start to come in you'll certainly start to see the benefits!
I hope this has explained the process a little better for you but if you've got any further questions, I'm always on here to help.
Thanks, and have a great weekend everyone.

Npower cashback from february 2011 tracked ok, but then was 're-tracked' as August for some strange reason. I was assured this would not mean that the waiting period would start again.
Its now nearly December, and no confirmation or cashback yet.
Why do you think its ok for npower to drag out payment for 9 months? Also, if i leave them - as they have over-charged me on my bills - can i still lose my cashback? (there was no minimum contract term).0 -
Good afternoon,
I hope you've all had a great weekend.
@techspec - I'm very sorry to hear that your transaction is still outstanding. Can I ask you to raise this as a complaint so we can take a closer look into it for you? (http://www.quidco.com/complaints). I wouldn't recommend cancelling just yet, as they could still decline the cashback. However I'll have a look at the status of the transaction for you and then I'll certainly be able to advise you further.
Kind regards,

Quidco and Lovefilm
Looking at the T&C's for Lovefilm and Quidco it say "for a genuine new user registration and completion of the free trial" does this mean I have to waith till after the 14 day free trial to cancel (and thus be charged at least one £5.99 monthly fee), I supposed £9.01 cash back is still very much welcomed but want to see if I can get the full £15 lol!0
