hi
i upgraded to sky hd on the 7/11/11 and it hasnt tracked, when following the steps to submit a claim the offer for £70 cashback for upgrading customers is not listed.
where do i go from here? i have installed and activated the card and sky have comfirmed the m&s vouchers will be sent.
thanks for your help0 -
ok, i'm going to have to ask what's happening with santander ?
i applied, and was accepted, for an every day current account which was opened and I have been using it for a couple of months now.
It says allow 30 days for it to track - it didn't (quelle suprise..).
I submitted a claim on the 11th of September and have heard nothing from that day to this so i'd appreciate a state of play.
this is seperate to the four other open claims I also have outstanding which are all for (quelle surprise .. again ..) gaming sites. but we can deal with them another day ..0 -
Good morning,
@Jane1222556 – Thanks for confirming. There will usually be a reason why your account has been blocked, and you do usually receive a notification of this before your account is blocked, for whatever reason. However don’t worry, as I have passed your UserID onto the Quidco Compliance Team, and they will be in touch with you shortly to advise further.
@chonie – For upgrades, can you make sure that you are clicking on your “Sky Digital Upgrades” click-through, as the list of cashback for upgrades will not appear on the normal Sky Digital click-through. You must make sure that you go through the Sky Upgrades page to make your purchase and not the regular Sky Digital page.
@jasonwatkins – Santander have a 60 day validation period, so your claim wouldn’t have been sent until 60 days after your transaction date. Once your claim has been sent off, Santander are generally quite quick at paying, and if your claim is successful, your payment should arrive within around 60 days from the approval date (do bare in mind that these are just estimated timings, though). If your claim is approved, you will receive an automatic notification on your claim advising you of this.
Kind regards,

Hi Rosie,
Your colleague tells me:
"You account was closed under Section 8 of the Quidco Account Holder Agreement.
You have clearly ignored the warning on GiffGaff’s merchant page that states “Free SIMs are only available once per registered address”. Your partners account has also been closed.
We feel there has been clear exploitation of the retailers offer and a warning would not have been enough in this case.
Kind regards
Mark
Quidco Compliance Team"
There was no such warning on GiffGaff’s merchant page until Saturday 11th, November.
It took me a lot of works to get sales leads for Giffgaff, Quidco have been paid for them and now they have decided to keep the money.
Quidco are scammers. Avoid.0 -
Thanks Rosie,
She'll give it another try on the complaints link.
Will keep you updated with what happens.

@trking – I’m sorry to hear that your sister is having trouble, that’s the last thing we want! Does she currently have a support ticket open with the Quidcare Team? If not, can you ask her to raise a support ticket via our complaints form (http://www.quidco.com/complaints), and we will investigate accordingly. With any luck we can have this resolved and paid to her as quickly as possible.0 -
Hello,
I hope this is in the correct place. I joined Quidco at the weekend. My first purchase was with tesco which has been tracked and is showing in my account. I also followed the links to O2 for the iphone (£100 cash back offer)- the site was playing up a bit and I had to use the online O2 customer services agent to help me apply for the phone. Another 02 webpage was opened at this time- would this affect my claim? The phone is now dispatched from O2 but there is still no record of the transaction on Quidco.
Thanks for your help.0 -

Thankyou Rosie. Excellently informative and helpful as usualJane1222556 wrote: »Quidco are scammers. Avoid.
They clearly aren't. Yes, the whole notion of cashback is a pain in the !!!! and far too long and drawn out to be worthwhile, but they're clearly not scammers.0 -
Hi
I have been waiting since march for my esure home insurance cashback.
It was all approved back in september, and I was told they were waiting the money from esure, but still I havnt seen the cash in my account.
Is anyone else having the same problems.
Quidco dont seem to be chasing this and I am sending messages every month via the support pages. Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T0 -
Good afternoon,
@Jane12225566 – the GiffGaff “Free SIMs are only available once per registered address” term has been listed since August 2010, to prevent abuse of their programme. We do have a duty to protect our retailers, as well as our customers, and this sort of thing can cause retailers to pull out of the cashback programme altogether, which ruins it for the majority.
@NImuffin – Welcome to Quidco! Generally purchases do have to be completed wholly online and through the Quidco link in order to gain cashback, and opening a new browser can sometimes cause your cashback to not track/decline on occasion. We wouldn’t recommend doing it for future reference, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that you won’t receive your cashback. If your cashback doesn’t track within 3 days, then I’d suggest raising a missing cashback claim, and we can then ask the retailer to manually track it in for you. To do this, simply go to your Quidco Support Inbox, and click “Create a Cashback Claim” in the top right hand corner. Do let me know if you need any more assistance at all, I’ll be more than happy to help.
@jasonwatkins – Glad to help!
@weaver – We do chase up delayed payments on a daily basis, however until we receive the cashback from the retailer, I’m afraid we aren’t able to pass it on. As your claim was approved in September, I shouldn’t think the payment will take much longer.
Kind regards,
