    Good afternoon,

@Gregm – I do appreciate your points on this, and it does frustrate us when payments are delayed, it really does. However, sometimes payment delays are down to the network and not the retailer, which is why we do not remove a retailer if the delay is down to the network.

Each network deals with hundreds of different retailers, so it would be impossible for us to end a relationship with a network. All we can do is continue to push them for payment, and we have a dedicated payments team who are in contact with retailers and networks each day, every day!

I’m afraid there are no guaranteed payment times in the cashback industry right now, and it is far from perfect at the moment, I know. Nevertheless, we are constantly working on new ideas and processes that we feel will speed the process up, and make the whole cashback process a lot smoother, easier and more enjoyable for everyone.

@dippynina – I’m glad to hear that your T-Mobile claim was approved. Usually once a T-Mobile claim is approved, it will take around 60 – 90 days for the cashback to come through, although this is just an estimate and it could well be quicker/take longer than this.

@Silk – That does sound strange. Do you have any security software running at all? Sometimes your security software can block the access of our affiliate networks, and can on occasion cause the page to fail to load.

Can I ask you to add the following websites to your security software exceptions to see if this helps at all:

    http://scripts.affiliatefuture.com/
    http://being.successfultogether.co.uk/
    http://www.awin1.com/
    http://buy.at/

    http://clkuk.tradedoubler.com/
    http://tc.tradetracker.net/
    http://track.webgains.com/
    http://ad.zanox.com/

It could also be worth trying this on a different browser, if you are able to?

@smorie – I don’t think I’ll be able to advise you further on this without taking a look at your account. If you are unable to raise a support ticket by going through the normal “why has my cashback tracked at the wrong amount?” channel, can you please confirm for me your Quidco userID? If you do not wish to post this on the forum, can you please send this to juliewells@quidco.com and I will be happy to take a look for you.

@Hardupandfedup – Some Credit Expert purchases can take slightly longer to track in, however I’m afraid if it does not track in then, as advised in the terms and conditions, they do not accept cashback claims.

    Kind regards,

    Rosie

I regularly place orders with Holland and Barrett and up until about 18months ago I would receive my cashback within approx 2months of the order.

All of a sudden this started to slip, but only in so far as Quidco are concerned, TCB remain consistent. Your site lists the stats as follows:

    Payment speed
    Less than 4 months

    (from tracking date)
    26% paid within 60 days

    13% paid between 60 to 90 days

    54% paid between 90 to 180 days

7% paid after 180 days or more

My order tracked immediately in February, and yet here I am with it still sitting as tracked (now that we cannot see confirmed), some 8 mths later.

I cannot believe that I am always one of the 7% that take over 180days every time I place an order with Quidco, whereas if I place an order with TCB, I become one of the 93%? What is happening?
    Good afternoon,

@Tatty_ - All cashback sites use the same affiliate networks to process cashback, so the time it takes for the cashback to be paid will depend on the retailer and network, as opposed to the cashback site. As soon as we receive the cashback from the retailer, we pass this straight on to you.

If you haven’t already, could you please raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team (http://www.quidco.com/support-contact-us) regarding this? If you put FAO Rosie at the top of your ticket, I will certainly take a look into this for you. It does seem rather a long wait for Holland & Barrett.

    Rosie, your reply was
I have now spoken to our payments team and I'm afraid Holland & Barrett are quite heavily behind at the moment. We were supposed to receive a payment this month but it has not been forthcoming, so we have now escalated this to the account manager at Holland & Barrett, to see if we can have this resolved as quickly as possible.

Once again I'm really sorry for the delay. We know it isn't ideal and we are certainly not complacent about it, as we don't find delays of this length acceptable at all.

Well, needless to say, my transaction is still sitting as tracked and has been since February. However, over the weekend my Holland and Barrett transaction through TCB in AUGUST went to payable. So, that means:

    Quidco

    February - still tracked

    TCB

    April - paid

    June - paid

    August - paid

    October - confirmed

Quidco, surely you can see that this isn't right? Plus we are paying a £5 admin charge for the privilege!!
  • Hi Quidco rep

I am waiting on some cashback from Airport Taxis-shown as one of your merchants. Not had the cashback so went to open a query, and it says and I quote

Unfortunately we are unable to investigate transactions for this merchant.
So basically they can do what they like and you can do nothing when they don't pay??
What's that all about? Explanation would be great, thanks

    Good afternoon,

@noddyboffin – I’m sorry to hear that. Can you please send me an email at juliewells@quidco.com and I can certainly help you to sign in.

@smorie – Thanks! I’ll make sure I get back to you today.

@Tatty_ - I’m afraid I cannot comment on other cashback sites, but all I can tell you is that we have not received a payment from Holland & Barrett for the outstanding batch of transactions, I am very sorry for how long it is taking. Our payments team have been in contact with them again today, and we are pressing them for payment.

@sharalee99 – Sorry about that, Airport Taxis do actually accept claims, I have reported this to our technical team and you should now be able to raise the claim.

    Kind regards,

    Rosie

Just how long do Aviva take to process cashback. I bought a motor policy in October with £70 cashback. They've had their money, why can't I have mine?:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Good afternoon,

@hansi - Aviva transactions generally take around 3 months to be confirmed in your account, so we wouldn't have expected this to have updated just yet.

Aviva cashback claims can take slightly longer at 6 months, as claims do have to be held for the duration of the validation period, which in the case of Aviva is 90 days.

    Kind regards,

    Rosie

  • Hello Quidco Rep
I took out a Churchill Insurnace policy back in October last year which tracked correctly at £10, the policy has now ended after 12 months and I have still not received the cash back. Chased with Quidco a couple of times but just got a standard reply, are you able to advise me if this will ever be paid?
