I'm looking to do the Sky+HD upgrade offer through your site. I would like to purchase the 1TB box but if I do this will I still be able to claim the cashback and vouchers?0 -
Hi, just popping in to say I recieved my sainsbury's insurance cashback even quicker than expected, it first tracked 8th september and was confirmed yesterday so just over 2 months, they also sent the giftcard detailed on their webpage (I didn't expect to get that having gone through quidco) so a big thumbs up for Sainsbury's finance from me if anyone is debating who to go with.0

Hi, I had a Santander account transaction tracked then declined over 3/4 months ago so as suggested through Quidco i sent an email to your self i believe Rosie?

@BigMac1989 – I’m very sorry to hear that, I’m not sure why that hasn’t been paid to you after all this time. Can I ask you to raise this via our complaints procedure (http://www.quidco.com/complaints) and we will be happy to take a closer look into this for you.
@mrh101 – Yes, I'm pleased to say that this would be completely fine.
@mum26 – Wow, that’s excellent! Sounds like you got a very good deal with them.
@deefadog – I do remember dealing with this, yes; my apologies that I haven’t been in touch recently. Your claim was sent back to the retailer along with a batch of declined claims, but I’m afraid we haven’t had a response yet. I’ve sent you an update on the support ticket for your reference, and I’ll let you know as soon as we have an update for you. This sort of thing can sometimes take a little while, depending on how quickly the retailer processes the claims for us.

Hi - I signed up via Quidco On Thursday of this week to the Sky HD & Broadband upgrade offer, So far I havn't had the tracking email, however I can see in the Quidco Raise a Support Claim History Page that I clicked through Quidco to get to Sky
Also the offer on Quidco site was 6months half price Broadband and there was no mention of this when completing the upgrade via Sky.
Should I cancel everything?
I don't really want to end up out of pocket to the tune of £150+
I thought I had done everything right, I even have the Quidco Toolbar installed and everything.

Need some help convincing Quidco to give my sister her full £100 cashback for signing up with nPower Sign Online 20 - Electricity & Gas.
She did this in November 2010 - she got £20 x2 but no more despite a large number of queries (all declined!)
I did exactly the same at the same time and he got the full £100. What do I do now?
Is Quidco always this frustrating for sisters?0 -
I had £500 on my Quidco account, it was marked as paid so Quidco themselves have received the money from the client, and now when I try to log in I get "Your account has been blocked. Please contact our Quidcare team."
There is no response from the Quidco team!
Can I take them to the County Court?0 -

Small claims court maybe. If you've got proof that you've fulfilled the correct obligations required to earn cashback and also proof that Quidco are withholding the money for no good reason then I can't see why not?

I've got over £150 worth of Quidco payouts tracked. Some go as far back as May 2011.
I'm wondering why these haven't been paid out yet?
The merchants are Tesco Entertainment, Best Buy, Holland & Barratt and Great Magazines.
As I've said, all are tracked and showing on my account. Does this guarantee I will receive the cashbacks at some point?

@MrKilner – If your transaction has still not tracked, can I please ask you to raise a missing cashback claim? We can then ask the retailer to track it in manually for you. The 6 month half price broadband is offered by Sky, so you will need to contact them directly for any questions in regards to this. I should think that on your confirmation it may show the broadband being full price, but on your first bill it will show the cost as being half price. It’s definitely worth double checking with them, though.
@trking – I’m sorry to hear that your sister is having trouble, that’s the last thing we want! Does she currently have a support ticket open with the Quidcare Team? If not, can you ask her to raise a support ticket via our complaints form (http://www.quidco.com/complaints), and we will investigate accordingly. With any luck we can have this resolved and paid to her as quickly as possible.
@Jane1222556 – I’m very sorry to hear that, and don’t worry as we can certainly find out what has happened to your account, and get you logged back in so you can receive your cashback. Could you please confirm for me your Quidco UserID? If you do not wish to post it on here, can you please send it to juliewells@quidco.com, and I will be happy to take a closer look for you.
@leamingtonspaceman – I’m afraid at the moment there are no guaranteed payments in the cashback industry, although generally if your purchase has tracked, it is a good sign. Providing that you have met all of the terms and conditions of the retailer, as well as the Quidco cashback terms (e.g. your purchase hasn’t been returned/amended, sale was completely wholly online) then there’s no need to worry. If you haven’t already, can I ask you to raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team regarding these delays? You just need to go to Help – select the question “Why has my cashback not updated to confirmed yet?” and select one of the retailers. You will then be able to raise a support ticket and query each of the transactions.
