@Shaftingham – I’m afraid I cannot comment on other cashback websites, only on what information we receive ourselves. We are experiencing an ongoing delay with a particular batch of 888.com Poker claims in which yours is included, and do be assured we are still on the case for you. As soon as we do receive payment this will be applied to your account straight away. I do understand it is frustrating having to wait for this length of time, but I am personally keeping an eye on this for you and requesting an update for you each week from our payments team.
Generally purchases for friends and family are fine within reason, although we do monitor the activity on our site to ensure that there is no abuse of our offers.
@TAZMANUK – Thank you, I have responded to your complaint which I believe will provide you with a satisfactory conclusion.
In regards to Twitter, this shouldn't be seen as a replacement customer service tool as we are limited to the sort of advice we can give on there. We cannot actually check Quidco accounts via Twitter so you would have been directed to the customer service team instead for further assistance. We can only provide vague responses to queries regarding your account if we cannot see your account in more detail.
I do complete appreciate that it is frustrating having to wait for cashback, we don’t like having to wait for it either as we have nothing to gain from your cashback being delayed. We want you and all of our members to receive your cashback as quickly and as efficiently as possible, after all that’s what we’re here for!
However as I mentioned in my response to your complaint, there are no guarantee payment times in the cashback industry at the moment. We would love it if there was, but at the moment it is simply not possible for us to provide exact payment times, as delays can happen with the retailer or the network.
Please also note that as we work through affiliate networks, we do not work directly with the retailer. The retailer’s customer service department also wouldn’t be able to comment on cashback as they do not deal with that side of the company – this is why we don’t recommend that you contact the retailer directly, as a lot of the time they may provide you with incorrect information.
@mirrorimage01 - B&Q are still paying cashback for all outstanding transactions, however they are substantially behind with payments at the moment. All transactions up to December 2010 have been cleared, and January and February will be following very soon.
@jasonwatkins - That sounds a bit odd! But please don't worry. Santander do sometimes decline claims for strange or incorrect reasons, and we can always investigate further for you. If you send a support ticket to the Quidcare Team they can take a look into this and advise you further.

To anyone who wants to go through quidco for Sky cashback.....DONT!
I signed up for Sky HD upgrade on the 20th March 2011. Quidco was offering £100 M&S vouchers and £95 Cashback. I went ahead with the order and had a tracking confirmation email. However the amount tracked was £2.00. So I contacted Quidco throught their support. This was in April. October comes and the amount still not updated on Quidco. Contacted them 14th November, their reply was that I wasn't entitled to the cashback, as the offer wasn't on when I clicked through Quidco. YEAH RIGHT Quidco!!!!!!! Why did it track if there was no offer, why didn't your support team tell me earlier that I wasn't eligible, why on my tracking confirmation email, in March, does it advertise the very promotion Quidco say wasn't available.
Looks like it's not just me with the issue. There are many more as well

I have voted with my feet with regards to quidco. Think last month was last lot I was waiting payment for. A year on still not got correct cashback from AA. Lodged complaint as advised on this board and apparently they are taking it seriously and AA are a little behind.I have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!0

I have been waiting since May for cashback on a Dorothy Perkins transaction, which is currently showing as 'tracked'. Now, I really like Quidco and I've had some good cashback from various deals in the past. The reason I decided to make this purchase with Dorothy Perkins and not something similar from another clothes shop was because of the Quidco cashback opportunity. I'm really disappointed that this still hasn't been procressed and feel that in a way it's false advertising to offer an incentive to make a purchase and then not actually pass this on to the customer.0 -

Ive been waiting since beginning of year for a payment, ive given up. It says that 100% get their payment from legal & gen within 180 days. What a load of tosh.

@spoonmeister – I am very sorry that you have had this issue, and for any frustration that this has caused you; I do understand how disappointing it can be when cashback is declined. On checking the Sky Upgrades page I can see that this particular cashback offer did expire on 17 March 2011, so I’m afraid if you made the purchase on the 20th you wouldn’t be eligible for this particular offer:

You may have clicked through an offer on the regular Sky Digital page, which would explain why a purchase tracked on your account. However do please note that although a purchase may track, this does not mean that it is guaranteed to be paid.
@lucystardust – I’m afraid we are experiencing a delay with the affiliate network who work with Dorothy Perkins, and although it is taking a lot longer than we’d have liked to come through, we are doing everything we can to ensure that the delay is not ongoing. It can be frustrating to have to wait for your cashback, but don't worry as they are still honouring all genuine sales.
@iduno86 – We last received a payment from New Vista in September, so the next payment should be coming through very shortly. New Vista payments are automatic, so as soon as we receive the payment, it will be applied to your account straight away.
@sausagenmelons – I’m very sorry to hear that you have been waiting so long for your payment. We know delays aren’t ideal and can be very frustrating, however do be assured that we are always on the case, chasing up payments; after all that’s what we’re here for! I signed up for a payday loan with wonga via quidco on 12/11/11 (which was repaid by 15th). I am a new customer so shoould be due £15 cashback. It never tracked so I was just about to raise a claim but its asking for a customer reference number but I never received one. I have checked all the emails sent from wonga but I have no customer reference number. Where do I find this?0

@wallywebster - I'm afraid we don't receive any information as to where to find the customer reference, we are just required to request this by Wonga. Is the customer reference on your account when you log in to Wonga at all? All I can suggest is to contact Wonga directly to see if they can provide the reference, they should be able to shed some light on it for you.
