@mum26 – That’s great news! I’m glad we got there in the end.
@jenhugs – If your transaction is still tracking then there’s nothing to worry about. More Th>n transactions do usually take around 6 months to be confirmed in your account, so it will be a little while longer before there is any further movement on this transaction.
@Jo_Mc – We haven’t had a payment from M&S Home Insurance recently, although as you say, they do usually take around 6 months to be confirmed. As it has now taken longer than 6 months, our payments team will already be on the case for you chasing this up, and I wouldn’t think it’d take much longer to come through now.
@Matt.D – That looks completely fine, as long as it is showing as tracked, with the correct rate of commission that you were expecting. More Th>n are behind with payments at the moment, but we are expecting a payment from them this month that should cover a great deal of the older transactions. Generally More Th>n will take around 6 – 7 months to confirm cashback.

Can you advise on the length of delay on Carphone Warehouse transactions please? Transactions completed in June, 2 tracked, 2 didn't. Claim Raised 12/6. Message received 16/9, "We're delighted to tell you that your Carphone Warehouse cashback claim has been approved and now we're just waiting for them to confirm your cashback". The stats state that the claim payment speed is "less than 2 months from submission" 55% paid within this time and 44% paid within 60-90 days.

@Ragtimeplayer – It’s possible that the problem is with your browser or security software settings, as certain settings can prevent tracking. Can I ask you to take a look at our Best Tracking Guide, and apply the settings accordingly. You should hopefully notice a different in tracking on your next purchase.
@cantcope - Great news!
@andrea_louise – Carphone Warehouse are slightly behind with claim payments at the moment, but if your claim was approved in September then the cashback should be coming through within the next month or two.

Hi Quidco, just a quick query regarding Sainsbury's insurance.
I took out new pet insurance plus home and contents in early september which tracked pretty much straight away. Now I see on my Quidco activity page that the tracking date has changed to 25 Oct! Is this just because it is moving along in the system or have I been set back 6 weeks or so?0 -

I cannot get past the first screen after login and choose a retailer. it just defaults to a recommend quidco to a friend type page.
Could this be a website issue?

@mum26 - The tracking date can change as the transaction moves through the cashback process, it's nothing to worry about. You should still be able to see the date that it initially tracked on the left hand column of your activity page.
@ubdai - It sounds like it may be a problem with your settings, we're not aware of any issues with the site at the moment. Can you please clarify the exact browser versions you are using, and also which part of the site you were trying to access on Firefox, is it just the main Quidco page?
