    Hi Rosie @ Quicdo,

My PrePayMania has just gone to confirmed so it got there in the end.

Thanks to the team for chasing up for me!

    To Quidco rep,

can you shed any light on my query, I posted on this thread (I think) several months ago.
regarding a query with a Tesco claim
as advised I raised the claim, however I'm still in limbo

I have just tried to check a few things on my file/setting etc
    the following details appeared

    Select the retailer: Tesco

    Select the purchase: 30 June2011

    Quick answer:

Don’t worry - Tesco has been taking an average of 4 months to process claims up to confirmation stage.

If your payment takes any longer than that to update we will of course chase it up for you.

as its almost 4 months now, what's happening

    Thanks

Nothing is happening, and it probably won't for another 4 months. 4 months is a baby for Quidco claims.

    Good morning,

@Matt.D – Can you clarify if the cashback amount is at £0 or just the purchase amount? If it is the purchase amount then there’s no need to worry. The amount will be £0 as the transactions were tracked in again automatically. Some insurance purchases can sometimes track in at £0 anyway, the purchase amount only really needs to show correctly if the cashback you are receiving is a percentage of the amount.

@jenhugs – If your purchase is showing as tracked then this is fine. We did have an issue in which More Th>n transactions were declined and then tracked in again straight away. However an email was sent out to these members incorrectly advising them that their transaction had been declined, when it in fact had not.

@ctdctd – That’s great news, I’m glad we got there in the end!

@bignred05 – Your claim should be paid within the 4 months, depending on when we next receive a payment from Tesco. Generally Tesco are very prompt in paying us and we don’t usually have delays with them. If your claim does go over 4 months, you just need to go through the smart help centre again, and you will receive a link to contact the Quidcare Team who can investigate this further for you.

    Have a great weekend everyone!

    Kind regards,

    Rosie

No its not - ask all the people at rpoints who lost all their cashback when they went t1ts up.

    I'm not sure i get it ?

Are you saying I should cash out in case Quidco go bust ?

Exactly!!!! Im not saying they will, but noone predicted rpoints would.

If you like a nice lump sum, get your quidco account linked to a new savings account, then at least your money is protected if either quidco or your bank (or both) go down the swannee.......right now if quidco go down, youre stuffed.

Thanks Quidco Represnetative. Appreciate the response, yes I did get a response when I raised a claim advising that a number of trackings had been declined in error. I still have one showing as tracked under the same date as 29th September. I am assuming that this is still awaiting a response?
    Thanks again.

Just a query about M&S Home Insurance. I took a policy out with them on April 20th, with £45 cashback. It tracked almost immediately. It's now 186 days since I took the policy out and obviously it looks like I'm one of the 5% who wait until after 180 days, typically how much longer over the 180 days do the unlucky 5% have to wait?
