    Good afternoon,

@Heyman – I’m afraid Swiftcover are slightly behind at the moment, although if you have waited 5 months already we would expect this to be paid on the next batch of payments.

    Kind regards,

    Rosie

    Hi,

OK thanks for that. If I don't see it in this month's payment run (it's still showing as just 'tracked') then I'll expect to see the Swiftcover stats change from the current '100% paid within 180 days'!

    Thx,
    A.

And Gala Bingo from 9th July - says 100% paid by 90 days and i've not been....

Still waiting for mine from July as well. It's tracked twice, been declined twice and the last contact i received was at the start of September saying it had tracked at the correct amount. Still no sign of any prospective payment date.

Just had to raise a claim for the Santander current account I opened a month ago as well. Maybe i'll actually be paid in time for my birthday next April ? :)

    @ Rosie - Quidco

I have just made a subscription purchase from Great Magazines @ a cost of £12.
The offer states £2.50 cashback for purchase of £5 or under and £5 cashback for purchase of over £5.
I have been awarded £2.50 cashback. This is clearly wrong,so i tried to submit a claim, but only received a message saying that this merchant does not accept claims.
This is surely wrong as the terms of the offer are being blatently flouted.
    Can anything be done please.

    Good morning,

I hope you have all had a lovely weekend.

@sharalee99 – I’m afraid Jet2.com are part of an ongoing delay with a particular affiliate network that we work with, to track and process your cashback. Our payments team are working on this and I am pleased to say that we are making a lot of positive progress. We know it is far from ideal at the moment, but we will of course let you know as soon as we receive any further updates.

    @oscarhugo – Great news!

@Froggitt – The network in question have made significant changes to their systems and personnel, which has meant that we are now making a lot of progress with them and it should ensure that something like this never happens again. At the moment we cannot give an estimate timing for payment, but please do be assured that we have been working tirelessly with them towards a resolution.

@mum26 – I’m very sorry for any confusion caused. The statistics are created from historical payment data, so when we receive these outstanding payments, the statistics will update to reflect the amount of time the payments have taken. PrePayMania, as far as I am aware, are up to date with payments, but may be a little behind with claims. Can you please raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team to allow us to have a look into this for you?

@michaelsutherland – I am sorry to hear that your cashback has been declined, and we are working on a facility to send out an automated message once your cashback has been declined. We did launch this last week but I’m afraid there was an issue with it, so we have had to suspend it for the time being, whilst we fix the issues. If you contact the Quidcare Team, we can certainly see if there is anything we can do for you, although do be aware it may now be too late.

@cabbage – Hi Tessa, can I ask you to send me an email at juliewells@quidco.com, with your old email address on it, and I can certainly help you to get back into your account.

@iduno86 – We haven’t received the September payment just yet, but it is due and it should be coming through very soon.

@jasonwatkins – I’m afraid Gala Bingo are quite far behind with payments at the moment. We are still chasing them, though, and we are hoping to have them paid as quickly as we can.

@bazwaldo – I’m sorry to hear that this has tracked incorrectly. Usually when purchases do track incorrectly, they will uplift to the correct amount on confirmation of cashback. If you raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team they can certainly look into this for you. Unfortunately, in the event that the cashback does not uplift to the correct amount, there isn't much more we will be able to do.

    Kind regards,

    Rosie

Ok, I will post a diary each Friday from now on, concerning claims and progress. My confirmed (but unpaid as of yet) transactions are irrelevant as within the timescale thus far, but the following are an example of stagnation:

18 Mar 11Claim: for £6.32 cashback from Nokia Claim raised

6 Mar 11Claim: for £50.00 cashback from 888.com Poker Claim raised

6 Mar 11Claim: for £35.00 cashback from BidRivals UK Claim raised

All the above claims I am told by Jules are accepted and not declined (supposedly good news) but as you can see have been stagnant and unpaid for over 5 months.

So, this is their status at close of business today 26/08/2011, same as for last 5 1/2 months.

I will update this weekly to show the 'progress' or payment of these confirmed claims. Get ready for a longgggggggggg thread.....:rotfl::rotfl:

I refrained from posting a promised weekly update on my Quidco claims (as above quoted and posted 25th. August) as it would fill up the thread too much with an identical post once a week with nothing changed........

So I've done it after 5 weeks instead. The claims are now 7 months old. Guess what? In the 5 weeks since the OP, nothing has changed!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    WHAT A SURPRISE!!!

Well, hoo-bleedin'-ray, I had (needless to say) the tiddler above i.e. Nokia confirm and pay on Fiday last. Thanks Quidco.
I wonder how long the bigger ones will take, as Nokia, presumably a reputable company, took 7 1/2 months from claim.

Why does it always seem the high-profit low-overhead high-greed gambling companies take forever, viz-a-viz the other 2 above?????

Doesnt really answer my point which was
@quidco - you should either stop doing business with the networks not paying up on time, or you your own customers yourself, and do whatever you want behind the scenes to get your money back.

And here is just one more saga that needs addressing!

This time for £70 and from AVIVA Car insurance.

Why hasn't my cashback claim updated to confirmed yet? -

    Hi,

Could you please look into this claim for me as it has now been two months?

I complied with the rules exactly as requested and dont feel I should still be waiting for my money.

    Thank you,

    Terry

    Hi Terry,

    Thank you for contacting us.

This claim is currently on hold because the insurance company do not accept these claims from us until 90 days has elapsed. As soon as this time has passed we will send this on for you and begin chasing up the resolution.

Once we have an update for you we will let you know via your account. I hope that this is approved for you.

    Kind regards,

    Stephen

    Thanks Stephen.

I cannot understand why payment should take so long, tho.

I could have gotten cheaper insurance elsewhere but it was the cashback that made this deal better.

Will wait to here from you when the 90 days has elapsed.

    Best wishes,

    Terry

    Hi Terry,

I do understand that it can be frustrating whilst you wait. The problem is that the Insurance Companies validation period is 90 days which is why we have to wait. They do this to ensure policies are genuine and kept open. This helps prevent people taking a policy for cashback and then cancelling.

    Kind regards,

    Stephen

    Hi Stephen,

That would certainly explain why PAYMENT takes so long but not the tracking.

In the past my car insurance has tracked within a week (Aviva were quoted as two weeks tracking IIRC).

That is why I am concerned.

Payment could take as long as they wanted if I KNEW I had it coming.

    Regards,

    Terry

    Hi,

Isn't it about time that I was paid out on this claim or is my claim just being ignored?

I shall seriously consider who to order my car insurances through next year.

    Regards,

    Terry

    Hi Terry,

We are still waiting for them to either approve or decline this claim. Our team is chasing this up for you now and we will let you know as soon as we receive an update.

It can take a little while especially with Insurance as they made us wait 90 days before they would even look at the claim. They have it now and we are chasing this resolution up for you.

    Kind regards,

    Stephen

    Hi Terry,

We have not had a further update regarding this just yet.

Please be assured that as soon as we have more information we will let you know and your account will be updated.

    Kind regards,

Also, please answer this for me.

In a previous response a few days back you answered one of your members thus!
@hansi – We know the 90 days isn’t ideal, if there was a way that we could send the claims off earlier then we would love to do this! Unfortunately the retailer simply won’t accept claims from us until the validation period has passed. The majority of insurers will have a 90 – 120 day validation period. In regards to the statistics, the tracking time reflects purchases that have tracked in naturally, as opposed to those that have to be tracked in via a claim. On average, Aviva claims will take around six months to be confirmed in your Quidco account, from the submission of the claim.

Would it not be reasonable for you to be honest on your site?

Let me remind you what is ACTUALLY stated on the AVIVA Car Insurance page..
    Tracking speed
    Less than 6 hours
    (from purchase)

    99% tracked within 6 hours

    Tracking reliability
    98.5% tracked
    Payment speed
    Less than 3 months
    (from tracking date)

    77% paid between 60 to 90 days
    23% paid between 90 to 180 days
    Cashback claim payment speed
    Less than 6 months
    (from submission date)
    100% paid between 90 to 180 days

AND I am still awaiting the outcome of my claim for a Currys purchase made on 7/8/11.

    Cashback £13.50

As it hasn't been 3 Mths yet I guess this one will go on the neverending merry-go-round too.
