  • Good morning,

@andrea_louise - Don't worry! Presently Virgin Media cashback is tracking at £0.00 but this should become updated in due course.

    Kind regards,

    Rosie

    Good morning Rosie,

Do you have any idea when Virgin Media tracking will update? My install date is friday. I was waiting for the £150 cashback to sign up! If there is no update on the £0.00 by friday morning, I will cancel the installation! :(

    Kind regards
    Andrea

    Good morning,

@ph2 – We are hoping to have all December B&Q in-store transactions cleared up this month. It is unfortunately taking longer than we’d have liked, but our payments team have been working very hard to ensure the delay is not ongoing.

@10_66 – You should be able to raise the claim now, can you clarify if you are including the third day from the date of your purchase? Perhaps try to raise this tomorrow, and if you are still experiencing the same error, do contact us again and we’ll see where the problem is.

@cleggie – Gamestation claims usually take around 4 months to be confirmed in your account, from the date of the submission of the claim.

@andrea_louise – Can I ask you to send me an email at juliewells@quidco.com so I can check this for you? I will then be happy to advise you further.

    Kind regards,

    Rosie

I opened the Preferred Current Account with Santander on the 3 October. I have again today tried to raise a claim, but again got the warning advising me that I can't proceed with the claim. Today is the 4th day (or 3rd if you don't count the 3 October as day one).

Late yesterday, I was eventually permitted to raise the manual cashback claim. Not having used Quidco before, I'm not familiar with your procedures. On the Quidcare Support page (paragraph 3) it states "The Quidcare team will hold your claim for the duration of the validation period and then forward this on to the retailer to process the cashback of £55". What is the validation period, please? Also can you explain why this didn't automatically track, I removed the block tracking cookies from my Internet Security whilst carrying out the transaction, so can't understand why it hasn't automatically tracked. This always works with TopCashBack, and haven't had any problems with transactions not tracking with them.
  • I have a couple of issues with QUIDCO . I have been waiting for my CASHBACK from BCP for over 9 months ? My second issue is that QUIDCO seems to be delaying payment to maxamise their £5 admin fee ?

    Good morning.

i'm not sure if you can answer this problem here but i'm trying to book Alton Towers tickets through Quidco and I want to buy the Ultimate Fastrack tickets. It says on quidco that they will cost me £31.50 each but they keep coming up at full price.
Can you tell me what I am dping wrong or if this offer is over please?

    Thank you very much.

    Good morning,

@10_66 – That’s good to hear that you were able to raise the claim. All cashback sites do use the same affiliate networks to track your cashback, so the process is more or less the same. Over 97% of transactions through Quidco do track in naturally, but on occasion they can fail to track. We do have a Purchase Tracking Guide, that should help you with your purchase tracking further.

@iduno86 – All transactions up to August have been paid, and the last payment we received was 24 August 2011 so I should think that your transactions will be updating very soon. New Vista are now on an automated payment system, so as soon as we receive the payment from the network your transactions will be automatically marked up to confirmed.

@oscarhugo – I did report this issue last night and I believe it to be fixed! Can you please come back to me if you’re still having trouble?

@DUNDALKSPUR – I’m afraid BCP are affected by an ongoing delay with one of our affiliate networks, but we are working very hard with them to catch up. I’m afraid I cannot give a specific payment date at the moment, but please be assured we are doing all we can, as we don’t find this delay acceptable either. We certainly do not delay payment in any way, but due to the way that the cashback process works, we cannot pass any payments on to you until we first receive it ourselves from the retailer or network.

@lisawood78 - It looks like this offer may have ended, unfortunately. I've passed it onto our deals team so it can be rectified.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

    Kind regards,

    Rosie
