I've just used Quidco yesterday for the first time to apply for a Santander Preferred Current Account @ £55. The item hasn't tracked yet, usually TCB would have tracked within 24 hours. How long does it usually take for a transaction to track with Quidco, please?0

Hi, I'm new to Quidco and having updated my BACs details almost a month ago should have been paid in this payment run. If I was paid should it be showing in my Quidco account by now because it is still showing that I will be paid on the next payment run :mad:. Wish I'd stuck with Top Cash Back now as I have never had a problem with them.0

@swanny65 – A click through will be recorded every time you go through to a retailer. I’m afraid without a click through we physically cannot raise a claim to send off to the retailer, I am really sorry.
@10_66 – All cashback sites use the same affiliate networks to track their purchases so tracking times will be similar. We usually expect transactions to track in within 3 days of your purchase date. However if your purchase fails to track, for whatever reason, then you will just need to raise a missing cashback claim within 7 weeks of the purchase date.
@foxylady2009 & Hansi – I’m very sorry to hear that. Sometimes if your account has not been authenticated properly, a payment hold can be placed on your account. Can I ask you to contact the Quidcare Team by going to “Help – I have cashback in confirmed status, why has Quidco not paid me? – Contact Quidcare Team”, and we can certainly see what the problem is.

Thank you for your reply, I have already done this and I am awaiting a reply from yourselves. I have actually held the account for around 2 years although I have chosen to use Top Cash Back instead, now I know why. I cannot see any reason why my account has not been authenticated properly. I have done, from the beginning, all that I have been required to do. Quidco just need to make the payment, seems pretty straight forward to me. If there was some sort of problem it would have been nice if Quidco could have informed me that there was one.0 -
Hi am still waiting for cash back for Budget Insurance that is now well ove a year old, and B&Q in store cash back going back to December last year any idea how much longer I'm going to have to wait?0

I've got a transaction for Swiftcover Home Insurance showing as tracked on 10th May 2011, so coming up to 5 months old now.
I notice on the Stats that it says payment speed is 'Less than 4 months' - so just wondering if there's a problem?

@foxylady2009 – There are several reasons that your cashback may have not been paid, but the Quidcare Team should be able to advise you on this. We can then hopefully have your cashback paid to you on the next payment run.
@ph2 – I’m afraid Budget Insurance are significantly behind at the moment, although we are still working very hard to rectify this, and transactions should be catching up very soon.
@Heyman – I’m afraid Swiftcover are slightly behind at the moment, although if you have waited 5 months already we would expect this to be paid on the next batch of payments.

It's been 3 days now and transaction still hasn't tracked. I tried raising a cashback claim, but when attempting to a warning came up telling me I couldn't raise the claim yet. Why is this, please?0
