I have now 2 BCP payments which I am waiting for . Would it not be in everyones interest if QUIDCO did not offer cashback from BCP on their website -as they cannot tell their customers if and when they will get their cashback ?0 -

Over 97% of transactions through Quidco do track in naturally, but on occasion they can fail to track. We do have a Purchase Tracking Guide, that should help you with your purchase tracking further.
@iduno86 – All transactions up to August have been paid, and the last payment we received was 24 August 2011 so I should think that your transactions will be updating very soon. New Vista are now on an automated payment system, so as soon as we receive the payment from the network your transactions will be automatically marked up to confirmed.
@oscarhugo – I did report this issue last night and I believe it to be fixed! Can you please come back to me if you’re still having trouble?

I agree, still waiting for prepaymania cashback from febuary! (apparently 100% are paid by 180 days, misleading Quidco?)
And Gala Bingo from 9th July - says 100% paid by 90 days and i've not been....0 -
I have just noticed that my cashback from Kwik Fit Home Insurance was declined on 11th August and it is now too late to raise a claim (by about 2 days). Firstly why didn't I get an email to say that it had been declined (I get enough saying items are tracking, so why not when they are declined), secondly why was it declined (I had meet all the requirements, bought the insurance, sent you the details, etc) and thirdly why is it so difficult to actually just email you (endless menus to be then told that I can't contact you because it's over 45 days, etc, etc).0
