    I purchased an O2 mobile with accessory in April 2011 and the transaction failed to track, I raised a claim on 26 April. 11th August was the last time I had any correspondance with Quidco in relation to the claim, I was informed that you had all the information required to send to the retailer. The status update on my activity shows as 17 September, but it still says claim raised....

    Can you please tell me what's happening with my claim?

    @Nicola81 - Claims show as "claim raised" until the cashback is received and confirmed, but if you contact the Quidcare Team they'll be able to tell you if the claim has been approved or if we have a delay and we're chasing a resolution for you.

    To contact them please the select the following message in the contact form on the Help page:

    "Why hasn't my cashback claim updated to confirmed yet?"

    I bought a motor insurance policy from Aviva through Quidco on 13th Sept which was the last day for the £70 cashback. Nothing was tracked for three days so I raised a claim on 17th September, a week ago. Since then, nothing. How long does it take for Aviva to track a purchase?

    Quidco rep, Last year my purchase with BuyMobilePhones.net tracked fine but you gave refused to pay out because of problems with your affiliate. I am angry that your business relationships have cost me 30 through no fault of mine particularly as you still have the retailer in your list if vendors.Topcashback paid out to its members in the same situation and hence I now try and do my purchases through them as I have had nothing but hard luck messages from yourselves to my claim.

    I am having problems with Quidco and £45 cash back - claimed in relation to buildings and contents house insurance taken out with Sheilas Wheels back in January.

    I can't get a straight answer from Quidco - they tell me that they are "on the case / looking in to it" but still I wait - the status is still not even "tracked" - Quidco are taking too long to sort this out.....

    Any suggestions ?

    I opened a allslots account through Quidco and depositerd £40 on 29th August and a further £25 on 15th September, so depositing the minimum £50 within the 28 days specified, It has not tracked yet and I see no way of submitting a claim because it is not showing on my activity page. Can you help? My community profile name is Braveheart60uk

  • On Saturday I set up a new car insurance policy with Aviva through Quidco which offered £30 cashback.

    Unfortunately I have seen today that they have upped their cashback to £80.

    As I'm within the 14 day cancellation limit, is it possible to cancel the policy and then apply for a new car insurance with them through quidco again and at the new, higher, cashback.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    @hansi – Your transaction will appear in your account as ‘claim raised’, as opposed to ‘tracked'. Aviva have a 90 day validation period, which means we cannot send your claim off to them until the 90 days have passed. If successful, Aviva claims usually take around six months to be confirmed in your account.

    @sumeet - I do understand your frustration. The problem that we had with the affiliate network was very unfortunate for all involved, and is one of the reasons that we can never guarantee cashback. We are still working on this, though, and we will of course update all members as soon as we can.

    @21Twinkle – It sounds as though this is a claim, which may explain why it is taking longer than usual. If you could confirm your Quidco username for me, I would be more than happy to take a look into this for you and see if there’s anything further I can do.

    @braveheart60uk – Sorry about that! Unfortunately if a click through is not showing on your account, then this usually means that you were not logged into your account when making the transaction, or you logged out during. Without a click through there isn’t much we can do, I’m afraid, as we can only raise a claim if a click through has been recorded.

    @runmichellerun – There wouldn’t be any problems in doing this, and you would still be eligible for cashback.

  • Morning Quidco Rep :)

    Can you tell me how long it takes for Sky TV cashback to track? I signed up as a new customer with them on 22/9 by following the link on quidco and took out the full package which should give me £160 cashback.

    They are supposed to fit this on Friday but I'm concerned because it is not showing as tracking in my Quidco account. :(

    Are Aviva blocking customers retrieving quotes and making use of new cashback rate?

    Tried to retreive a quote today (that was made on Wednesday 21st Sept) - But quote number wasn't recognised.
    On phoning up Aviva 'help'desk could view my quote and willing to take payment over the phone, but obviously won't get cashback.

    Undecided what to do?
