Good afternoon,

@jolly-jen - I appreciate your concern as it's unsettling when a retailer doesn't track your cashback automatically. Whilst a very high proportion of untracked cashback claims are successful, tracking failure can also be an indication that something has gone wrong with your purchase, such as you hadn't cleared the cookies on your browser or you hadn't met the terms and conditions of the offer. If you're sure you did everything as we advise on how to make a purhcase (in the help pages on our site) and you cleared your cookies prior to making your purchase, then the cashback claim could well be successful, but we can never guarantee that.

If the claim is declined, due to Sky's claims processing times, it will be too late at that point to cancel your purchase. I hope I have helped you to make your decision.

@kingstreet - That's good to hear. I'm sorry you had to wait for so long. Sheilas Wheels had been behind with payments for claims but we do continue to chase cashback until it arrives.

    Kind regards,

    Jules

The offer for Hastings Car Insurance states "Your quoted premium via this link will be the same as the cheapest price comparison site".

Confused.com is showing £270 so I thought with cashback of £40 I would be paying a total of £230.

Wrong, going to Hastings via Quidco they want £300

    Good morning,

@Gambler – this shouldn’t happen if the quote is obtained at the same time. Quotes can change constantly, but if you could email me screen shots, with date and time included for the comparison site quote and the quote via Quidco, I’ll be happy to arrange for this to be investigated for you. You can email me at juliewells@quidco.com.

@iduno86 – I’m glad you’re up to date with that now. I’d love to take the credit but I can’t so I’ll pass your comment on the tenacious payments team!

@Poolie – We don’t know if or when HSW will be back, I’m afraid.

I hope you all have a good weekend.

    Kind regards,

    Jules

  • Hi quidco rep, sorry to have to bring up my AA claim again, but I'm still waiting for the correct cashback to be paid after nearly a year.

The deal cost over £100 so the cashback should have been around £50.It tracked at £14,but indicated it would revert to the higher amount when paid. However,it didn't and was paid at just £14.I've raised a claim over 6 months ago with your help desk but haven't received any indication that his dispute is ever going to get resolved.

    are AA always this late?

Hi Jules - All my Quidco payments seem up to date except 2 claims which i made - One is for £25 for QuickQuid the transaction was made on January 3rd and when i checked a few months ago i was told that in principle the retailer had agreed the cashback and that Quidco were waiting for payments to come through, Is there any update on this?

Also i raised a claim for a £150 T-Mobile transcation which took place on March 25th when i enquired a few months back i was told to expect an update soon - Again any ideas on the possible timeframe?

    Many thanks:D

My big money purchases (travel, hotels, insurance) never track by themselves and I always have to raise a claim.

I am just about to close my Quidco account and use somebody else as I'm sick to death of not getting paid and trying to chase payments.
