I bought house insurance with Aviva in January via quidco. At the time I bought the insurance it indicated 2.5 months for premium members (I think after it tracked it indicated a likely payment date around beginning/middle of April) I raised a ticket in April and was told that they were chasing but could not give a timescale. It is now a month later (so almost 4.5 months) and my cashback is still showing as tracked but with a delay. Is there a problem with Aviva at the moment as I have always had cashback early or on time before?0

Just a note should anyone have had Plusnet declined via Quidco and possibly other cashback sites during middle May onwards
This thread might be of interest, basically Plusnet marketing are claiming that some users chose to take 50.00 on site Cashback offer by virtue of changing options thus voiding Quidco cashback.
Plusnet marketing state landing page was in error showing 50.00 on site cashback during last 4 days of the promotion, this is not true landing page was the same both when I signed up on 19th May, someone else a few days later.

My Quidco account has been locked for some time now. I added PayPal as a payout option and was told to wait a few days for it to go through. Next thing I know (when I try to log in) my account is locked. Quidco seem to think that someone has hacked my account and added in their own PayPal address. I'm not so sure but either way my account is locked and nobody from Quidco is responding to my emails.
There has been comments on another forum today about the poor customer service from cashback sites like TCB. Quidco used to be excellent but it does seem the move to a bigger office in London has resulted in poorer customer service.0 -

Three separate cases now on Plusnet forum - Quidco members clicking through Quidco Plusnet link in good faith and in my case choosing Plusnet against Talk Talk meeting 50.00 Plusnet Cashback offer on Plusnet landing page.
Quidco tracking rejected by Plusnet who claimed that we chose the 50.00 offer thus nullifying Quidco cashback when all we did was click order now after arriving on landing page.
After illustrations were given on Plusnet Forum that Quidco link was indeed landing on 50.00 Plusnet landing page, Plusnet marketing response was to agree that their was an error but only on the days that posts were made on Plusnet forum illustrating what was apparent when we clicked through from Quidco landing page from 19 May onwards

I have a screen shot which I can email of 50.00 Cashback Plusnet landing page that I refer to having met after clicking through Quidco/Plusnet link, this screen shot was taken during subsequent forum discussions which Plusnet marketing have stated was only in force in error via Quidco link during the period of the forum discussions when in fact reason for the forum discussions was two of us were contending this is landing page that we met, all we did was click "start your order"
Plusnet 50.00 Cashback offer ended on 31 May

I'm fed up with receiving the standard reply
"I'm really sorry that you haven't received your payment yet. Please be assured that our payments team are currently chasing this up for you, as we do understand how frustrating delays can be. Unfortunately we do not have a time frame we can provide at the moment as to when this will be resolved, but as soon as we do receive the payment, your cashback will update to 'confirmed' in your account. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as this happens via the notifications on your account.
I do hope this helps, and apologies that I cannot provide you with a more positive response on this occasion.
Kind regards,"
My directline car insurance was purchased over 10 months ago. I know there's an issue, as others have all received within the 180 day time frame. My wife also did with her account. I would like this chasing up, not just a standard reply. Please don't recommend I contact you again through help, as I'll only get the standard reply again!Next year we'll be millionaires!0
