Still waiting to receive payment for two separate withdrawals. One from 22nd June and the other from 29th June. I was promised payment by 4th July on 1st July but it still hasn't materialised. Pretty poor standard responses from customer services. BACS takes two days from processing to payment. Clearly, the 'technical glitch' is not a one off.

We're aware that some members experienced a delay in receiving their cashback after requesting payment last week.
A slight technical glitch caused this delay and payments should start to reach you by Wednesday of this week and by Friday at the latest.

My partner ordered this based on the £150 cashback available and a day later it has not tracked. I know from experience that this tracks within a couple of hours. She tried to raise a cashback claim but it says "unfortunately we are unable to investigate transactions for this merchant", so a bit concerned as it is only affordable with the cashback.
Anyone else experienced a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
Have 14 days to cancel with BT so how long would you leave it before doing so?0 -
I was going to do that but uswitch had a better price, maybe have a look at that0

Just got the "you didn't complete your purchase" email from Quidco. I've got no idea why as she absolutely did it all correctly. Rather worried now, although in the email it does say after 3 days they can manually track it, however I'm not sure I trust that.0

The phone line needs to be installed first, after which time the broadband will be. The line is being installed on 27th July and as yet have no date for the broadband. Starting to get a bit worried about whether this cashback is going to come to fruition.0 -

I'm sorry to hear that you've had this issue with your purchase.
Do not worry as you will still be able to raise that claim after your receive your installation date.
When you have that information, simply get in contact with the Customer Support team via the Support tab in your Quidco account and they will certainly be able to help with raising that claim for you.

Is this a common occurrence? I made sure all cookies and the cache were cleared before going through Quidco, straight to BT and completing the purchase. I can't think why else it would not have tracked.
Is there a success rate % of claims of this nature? I know it is hard to tell at this stage but without the cashback it makes it very expensive so obviously wonder if cancelling within the 14 days is worth thinking about.0 -

Purchases not tracking is a common issue however we have some excellent tips on how to ensure the successful tracking of any future purchases you might make here http://www.quidco.com/help/1435/
If all is followed, there should be no reason for your purchase not to track.
We don't have a success rate but I can confirm that the majority of claims raised are successful with only a very small amount declined.

My complaint presentation that I put to CISAS on 27 June re apparent Plusnet cashback mis-selling concerns has today finally been forwarded to Plusnet by CICAS for Plusnet to respond to.
Re: Answer - Plusnet have given Quidco re numerous Quidco/Plusnet Cashback declines - many of which I made OFCOM aware of on 29th June - when Plusnet have had its own on site 50.00 cashback offer, I thought Quidco might find post of mine today on Plusnet forum enlightening.
