I have a screen shot which I can email of 50.00 Cashback Plusnet landing page that I refer to having met after clicking through Quidco/Plusnet link, this screen shot was taken during subsequent forum discussions which Plusnet marketing have stated was only in force in error via Quidco link during the period of the forum discussions when in fact reason for the forum discussions was two of us were contending this is landing page that we met, all we did was click "start your order"
Plusnet 50.00 Cashback offer ended on 31 May

My directline car insurance was purchased over 10 months ago. I know there's an issue, as others have all received within the 180 day time frame. My wife also did with her account. I requested a payment via BACS on Monday - anyone know when the payment run is likely to be done ?. Nothing has arrived yet.

Thanks for your post. Payment runs occur on Mondays and Thursdays meaning yours will be added to today's payment run and will take around 3 working days to reach you from here.

For the benefit of the subject discussion
Following your first reply I did make contact via www.quidco.com/support-contact-us, received an apparent generic response
I subsequently put a claim in against Plusnet rejection together with submitting further information relating to what had been said on Plusnet forum since the rejection. ( I did note that their is a 30/35 day period before Plusnet accept claims via Quidco)
On 4th June ( before my second post here) I wrote to Plusnet CEO
"As Chief Executive of Plusnet - a company owned by BT, I believe it is appropriate for me to draw your attention situation on Plusnet Community Forum where there have been forum responses on behalf of Plusnet which have ( word beginning with L removed by me). to myself and another new member in an apparent attempt by Plusnet marketing to try and renege on 110.00 Cashback being offered by a cashback site

Plusnet response was to contact me by telephone and in summary to inform me that whilst others ( by others, what was meant was other Quidco members previously) may well have had both lots of cashbacks, "you" as in myself wont be getting Quidco/both lots of cashbacks
Plusnet wrote informing me that a voucher code was used which was not the case.
Plusnet have informed me that in view of deadlocked situation I have the option of escalating the matter to CISAS which I intend to do as a first step to pursuing this cashback.
Plusnet have also emailed me inviting me to claim Plusnet 50.00 cashback, I have not done so yet.

This proves that Plusnet 50.00 cashback offer was on Plusnet landing page via Quidco link and may answer why i have not seen this issue brought up anywhere by anyone who used TCB during the period in question.

Still waiting to receive payment for two separate withdrawals. One from 22nd June and the other from 29th June. I was promised payment by 4th July on 1st July but it still hasn't materialised. Pretty poor standard responses from customer services. BACS takes two days from processing to payment. Clearly, the 'technical glitch' is not a one off.0
