Apologies if this is the wrong place, however, despite contacting Quidco n.u.me.r.o.u.s ..... times over the past 6 months, I'm getting no where. Bought Hotpoint oven from Curry's in October 15 at a cashback offer of 10% - never seen the cashback. Quidco is still in affiliation with Currys even though the reviews are awful - Curry's never pay... I'm now outside the 45 days to make a claim and although Quidco gave me a paltry £1.93, this is not the £23 I'm expecting. Quidco don't seem to care and certainly don't seem to follow up on their "we'll continue to chase the merchant". Any chance this could actually be resolved with the full cashback amount promised - which prompted me to use Curry's in the first place....?? Thank you

    Hi @lassie_come_home,

I'm sorry if you've had any problems with Currys.

Currys are what we call a "lower tracking retailer" so your payment should normally appear to track at a much lower amount before confirmation. Generally on confirmation this should update to the correct amount of cashback, and if it doesn't, we're able to raise an incorrect cashback claim after confirmation to claim the remaining amount. This can take up to 4 months from date raised.

If you have any further queries about the specifics of your account please get in touch via members@quidco.com and tag your subject line as "FAO Nick: Currys Questions", as I'll be happy to help further.

We take the behaviour of our retailers very seriously on Quidco and we wouldn't allow a retailer to be on our site if they consistently failed to pay cashback to consumers. However, I've had a look at our statistics, and I can confirm that the vast majority of Currys transactions are paid at the correct amounts and on time, so we wouldn't consider the recent reviews onsite to be truly representative of Curry's customer satisfaction.

    Kind Regards,

    Nick

  • I signed up online for a 3 Mobile SIM only mobile contract via Quidco, with £50 cash back. The transaction tracked okay and I was told that payment would be available on 4 April. I am still waiting. This is my first time using Quidco. I have paid 2 monthly direct debit instalments on the 3 Mobile contract and haven't cancelled. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Can the Quidco customer rep explain what is happening? Many thanks.

    hello :)

horrendously short of money at the moment and i appear to have been thrown a lifeline out of the blue with quidco and have £20 in my account to pay from one of my purchases earlier this year.

I know the 'official' line is that payments can take 3-5 days and so on, but what is, on average, the quickest method to choose to get the money ?

how quickly does it get sent to paypal for example ?.

    thankyou nice MSE people :D

    #edit

ok couldn't wait so requested paypal so fingers crossed it doesn't take forever

    #edit 2 ..

ugh .. 3 days later and still no money. wish i'd chosen bacs ..

    Hi @Hattie625

Three Mobile can usually take around 4-5 months to confirm cashback.
I would recommend contacting our Customer Support team and they can have a look into your account and advise you accordingly.

    Kind Regards,

The last time i requested a BACS payment, I requested it on the Monday and it was in my account by Wednesday, having had one full working day to clear. I only requested Paypal because I thought it would be quicker and, with the instant withdrawal, I would get the money quicker.

    This clearly isn't the case.

Can you at least tell me when the payment runs are made ?.

Hi, I have had a MBNA credit card application with a status of tracked for seven months. Should have been paid in three months. I am now minded to escalate it, sighting the Misrepresentation Act 1967.
"Making a fraudulent claim to induce sale, service or contract is a criminal act."
So my question is what is a reasonable delay before it becomes misrepresentation and by default Maple Syrup Media Ltd are committing a criminal act.

    Hi @jasonwatkins,

Payment runs are made on Mondays and Thursdays. I would suggest to request a payment a day before in order to make sure that your request will be on the next payment run.
